If indeed his ability is what people have guessed - that he has to know that someone has a gem before he can take it, then I can't see him wasting his time checking people that he already knows about. Also the writeup did seem to say he found someone new, and I agree with THT that it's probably Black Bolt with the strong will.

We only just learned today that MNN had the power to either speed up or undo one lynch. Sure we knew he was Namor, but had no idea what his powers were. The role was worth protecting, his ability I could take or leave. It's basically the one I had in CVerse 1, and I never found a good use for it.

BTW, I don't mean it to seem like I'm accusing you of being a power-theif I'm just saying that we didn't know Astil's or anyone's abilities on Day 1.

By the time everyone had their torches out it was too late. I think he could be going for a repeat performance. Well, given the overall story arc of the series, it might turn out that I grow a moustache over time. Essentially I start out as just a writer who's squatting in the office space of a detective who's gone missing. So as far as I can see, at no point am I an *actual* PI, but I try my best to solve some bizzare cases so I can afford to live (the writing thing isn't working out too well).

The town had seemingly just recovered from a terrible situation with the lynch of the Black Cat only to be saved from nightfall by some powerful intervention.

Now, focused and with another chance to redeem themselves, how would the town perform?


Several people were questioned, and several gave answers that most found satisfactory.

However, soon there were rumbling about one individual in particular… someone with a bad reputation.

Similarly, you said you knew who THT was on Day 1, then on Day 3 you said you had narrowed him down to a couple of things and then Day 5 you finally worked out about THT. I think it was Destiny who pointed that out first but damnit, he's got a point. You're either talking out of your ass half the time to push lynches or you're just wrong but don't want to admit it.

Oh and if anybody wanted to know, my role is becoming others, taking whatever night actions against them and getting their alignment. I don't get any feedback for it, so alone I'm pretty useless. Don't worry dear, I believe you... other people with eyes might not. I'm not questioning you, just pointing out your own inconsistencies, especially with regard the last lynch since I had just read your posts in that not long ago. You would be much easier to believe if your playstyle didn't normally involve "claim A, B, C, D and E" and then you later claim that you knew only one of them was true. That'd be like me listing everyone in the game snad saying "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 of them are scum, I'll let you know later which one it is". Whenever I play games with you I always feel that you list several causes then see the effect and claim that was the cause you knew about. It's how it ALWAYS comes off to me. Mind you, you aren't the only player who rubs me the wrong way in that regard, DJ does the same thing. When he posts 1000 different theories and 1 turns out to be true, sure he can claim he's right, but he's only right the one time....

/rant. If I sound a bit negative it's cos someone at work owes me money and isn't paying it back to me. I've got no idea (short of kicking her) as to how I can get it back and it's really irritating me.
