Hi everyone.

First, I apologize for my bad english (as is not my mother tongue).

I've been working in a own mod for some time. I wanted to get in the WMMA the flavour of "After the Fall" in TEW07, so I worked with real workers, but I put them in non-real companies. In this "world/mod" there are 5 big companies in the world (The five corners) and 3 minor companies. My objective was to make some competitive market giving each company strenghts and weakness.

As I am a neophyte in the MMA world I took 4 of the best mods of this game and mixed them. After that I tweaked the "frankenstein-mod" to make it fit with my own objective. The good things of the mod are of the 4 basic mods. The bad things are of my own errors.

I push up the talent level a little, because with 5 companies the talent is a little diluted so I increased the level of some workers and added some others to make things easier.

The mod is 85-90% done. I've tweaked all the workers, assigned them to companies. Now there are things as titles, sponsors, ppv deals.... and give a second look to the mod to see the biggest failures.

I've made the mod to my own pleasure, but If I received the permission of the 4 mod-makers, I will published it here. For now 2 modders have given me the ok while 2 haven't answered me.

Well... If I published it, please don't be so hard on me :D :D

American Fighter (US)

Profile: When the MMA was in his worst moment in North America, a group of the best fighters joined a new promotion leaving the falling AUC. They began to grown up with a few great shows, and some good tv coverage.
Nowadays, AF is the biggest empire in the US. Probably has the best pool of talent of the world, and is ready to maintain his position of privilege.
Top 10:

1-Quinton Jackson
2-Matt Hughes
3-Brock Lesnar
4-Rich Franklin
5-George St. Pierre
6-Dan Henderson
7-Frank Shamrock
8-Tim Sylvia
9-Sean Sherk
10-Chuck Lidell

International Council of MMA (Russia)

Profile: The economic growth of Russia and the stardom of some Russian MMA fighters leaded to a new project, the ICMMA.
With an amazing amount of money, the support of the Russian government and good ties in all Europe and South America, the ICMMA has the talent and the capacity to become a menace to the 2 big companies

1-Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
2-Fedor Emelianenko
3-Mirko Filipovic
4-Karo Parysian
5-Mauricio Rua
6-Murilo Rua
7-Aleksander Emelianenko
8-Renato Sobral
9-Vitor Ribeiro
10-Thiago Alves

Mixed Martial Arts-World League (Japan)

Profile: MMA-WL was the result of the merging of the three most important MMA companies in Japan. Since the nineties, MMAWL is the top company in Japan and Asia, but has been unable to expand his business in other markets.

Anyway MMAWL has a solid position and a good pool of talent..

1-Takanori Gomi
2-Anderson Silva
3-Wanderlei Silva
4-Paulo Filho
5-Hiroyuki Tayaka
6-Josh Barnett
7-Takeshi Inoue
8-Hayato Sakurai
9-Yoshiro Maeda
10-Yushin Okami

Combat And Grappling Extreme (US)

Profile: CAGE was a indie company that developed some nice shows, who attracted the attention of Mark Cuban, who bought the company. The backyard company signed some good names who improved the quality and begun a growing path that, maybe will lead CAGE to collide against AF.

1-Urijah Faber
2-Gilbert Melendez
3-Diego Sanchez
4-Keith Jardine
5-Bart Palaszewski
6-Jorge Rivera
7-Rory Markham
8-Tommy Lee
9-Andrei Arlovski
10-Jeremy Horn

World FIghting Challenge (Japan)

Profile: WFC was born as a middle pack company, but the good decision in the signings and in the shows has allowed it to grown steadly in the past 8 years.
Now WFC is by far the second company in Japan, and can compete with the MMA-WL specially in the lightest weight classes.

1-Gesias Cavalcante
2-Akitoshi Tamura
3-Denis Kang
4-Norifumi Yamamoto
5-Mitshuro Ishida
6-Luke Castillo
7-Alexandre F. Nogueira
8-Hideki Kadowaki
9-Joe Stevenson
10-Shonie Carter.

Well I’ve made a little search and the two persons that haven’t answer me about using his data haven’t been in the forum for 15 days, so I will put de data here and if some “modder” ask me to retire the mod, I would do it.

The mod is based in the
-Tap or Snap (version 1.0),
-tc66tc's Graphics and Fighters,
-MMA Complete and
-Tag01's RW Fighter Pack: Featherweights.

All of them are great mods. All the good things in the “Five Corner Mod” are probably from them. All the bad things are probably for the changes I’ve made.

Please, consider this a “beta” mod. I’ve done it on my own and for my own pleasure. Any constructive critic will be welcome.

Well, all in all I'm happy with myself. :D :D :D :D

I've found some errors, but the core seems good. The IA does it well with the level of talent it has.

Has anyone use it? Any thoughts?

I'm bored so I'll take a shot at your mod, fantasy mod with real world data was fun to play in TEW, why not in WMMA lol
