Slowly working on the women. First one is an obvious alt that may have been done before. Regardless, it was a technique I haven't used much, and felt like trying. The second is a simply reverse engineering of Tamara. I plan to do something else with Wendy in the future, but haven't come up with it yet.

I think the neckerchiefs are meant to cover their whole lower face, i.e. "gangster style" so even the "look meaner" stuff doesn't apply as much because their mouths and jaw lines are hidden behind blue/red masks.

The background needs a bit of a touch up, so take a closer look at that, but otherwise there's a cool potential kayfabe relation storyline. Those always rule. Son wouldn't quite track. He'd have to have had Shooter when he was like 12. Nephew? Younger Bro?

I'm using the 'Lecter mask' alt of Wood right now but I don't think it fits. Anyone willing to take the time feel free to be artistic with this: I want a more demonic looking Larry Wood, either through facepaint or a different mask, different hair, whatever. . . just make him look EVIL~! :D

(I'm using the half-face painted Kill Switch alt, and John Greed's priest collar alt, so that is the vibe the stable is giving off right now. . . building some overness in the midcard right now, but I plan on hooking them up with Vengenace for a run as uppercard minions. You could use essentially ANY render of a person on the C-Verse background for both Verde and Canadian Dragon as the masks cover up so much of their faces. It's completely pointless to go through all the effort of attaching eyes (in Verde's case) and a mouth (in Dragon's) onto a face when you can simply use someone else.

Also, don't bump your request unless it's at least a month old, it just comes across very demanding...

Nice. I like the brighter one better, but if possible would recommend making the forehead lighter as well. Leave the eyes a little darker. think that will look a little more realistic

I got this idea for a Jumbo Jackson alt that's going to make its way into a project I'm working on, but I can't really get it to work myself. It's a little hard to describe, but some of you guys are probably up to it. I'm picturing sort of a gothic thing with a slight grunge influence, and maybe some mascara and lipstick. Despite the overall gothic feel, the makeup would be red or blue rather than black. Think more along the lines of The Cure than Marilyn Manson. Weird as it might sound for a guy his size, I want Jackson to look kind of feminine.

So... is anyone willing to put up with that vague a description?

this was the best I could get out of it. had to stretch the mask all of the mr wrestling pics I could find were so much farther away then the render of Edward Cornell, but hopefully this will suffice.

Anyone want to have a go at putting Davis Wayne Newton's 'triple threat' hand (or Nelson Callum's, but DWN's skintone would be a better match I think) on Cameron Vessey? It'd have to be off to the left, to avoid covering most of his face. ¬_¬

Every time I tried, he looks deformed, since you have to enlarge the hand as DWN is further back in the shot. I wouldn't even mind if it was just showing one or two fingers and the top of the hand, to give the impression that he was making the gesture, since I realise he's rather close-up.

Check out Acid's and Dark Eagle's eyes. :p But yeah there are lots and lots of these kinds of things in the Cornellverse but I really don't mind because rendering is tough work and it saves a lot of time to use the same templates and models..

But basically, all alts are bits of other C-Verse characters. You'll get the ocassional 'cutting shirts from fashion sites' or whatever, but for the most part it's Pete's eyes on Paul, or Paul's body on Masked Dude #575.

Hmm, yeah, Crimson's too dark, I guess I was thinking it was a tad lighter then that. A brighter red would probably be better. And you're very welcome for the idea. I can't speak for everyone, but I only use Photobucket to upload my work. Never tried the picture editing feature they have on there. I can't imagine it being very good.

So I requested Shane Sneer is some suits a while back and then thought "how hard can it be to put a suit on a guy?". Well it was harder than I thought for a guy who's never edited a photo in his life. Last night I tried to put Sneers face in the suit and it was tough as hell to make work. Today I just put the suit on over Sneer and its not Fin's level of greatness but it'll do for me. Anybody thats interested in them here they are. Again not great but for a first timer I'm happy.

that does seem to be a popular request. What they would do is post a couple of suit cuts and people could put the suits on characters themselves. All they'd have to do is resize it to fit the pic they are putting it on.

I've only done the two alts I did and they were relatively quick and easy because I had the software to cut the suit of an existing pic. The only difficulty I had was searching for the appropriate hats and and creating the lower neck and upper chest in two pics where there previously was none. But even that wasn't so bad.

If we put up some of the clothing items themselves a lot of people could do and take care of and post their own requests and this thread would grow exponentially, plus there'd be more renderers getting to requests sooner since there'd be more renderers and less requests. And the more andvanced renderer's could focus on more age alts and the like that can't be done as easily.

yeah, he's done well under a Martial Artist gimmicck so far, so much that it led to him gaining a stable of fellow Swede's. Well know I'm ready to push him and relese the dead weight. So I'm running a storyline where it is revealed that he is Norwegian (or possibly another neighbouring scandanavian country, is there another? maybe FIN or Flamesnoopy can help to answer that. :D) And has secretely sabataged the "Super-Swede" tag teams chance of sucess. And blocking Air Attack Sveden from winning the NWF International Wrestling Championship.

So he is dumped by the group, only for him to debut a new "Nordic Asassin" gimmick, take each one of them out systematically and become hugely over in the process.

So the request needs to be changed, please. Just change the Swedish bandana with a Finnish or Norwegian one please.

Nigel Vittunen :D But yeah, in Finland the most common surnames end with -la, -lä or -nen. For instance my last name is Heinonen, which is _really_ common surname, along with the likes of Järvinen, Virtanen and Nieminen. Mäkelä is pretty common also and there are few ones here and there that don't end with the -nen, but the best guess for a lastname for anyone from Finland is the one that ends with -nen. ;) I've always found it funny how simple the lastnames are here, like Järvinen where Järvi is "lake" in english and it just ends with the -nen. Niemi is "spit, cape, peninsula" and thus Nieminen. Here's a nice list of Finnish lastnames if anyone is interested (http://fi.wiktionary.org/wiki/Luokka:Suomen_kielen_sukunimet). Note how many end with -nen!

The Peverell and Singh alts are awesome, Marshall. To me, that's the best kind of alt work - something that makes a character completely different, yet there's still plenty of the original character in there. Cheers for all the feedback - I originally paired Golden and Raphael in an SWF game where they became The New HeartBreakers in developmental. I signed a ton of workers to developmental and the only RIPW worker that lasted was Sensitive, so it may have to become a stable. I've now completed the mini-stable, not inspired by the Hart Foundation whatsoever I swear... ;)

If any of you guys have the opporunity to make an alt, I'd really love for someone to put Angry Gilmore into a Golfer gimmick. I'm putting together things for an SWF diary and I'd love to use Gilmore in this capacity. So using Puffy the Sand Iron Player's attire would work, maybe one with him being Angry and one with him being Happy..?

Could I potentially recieve an alt render for the master technition that he is (Place Sarcasm Scoff here.. ha), Thimbleby.

This is what I was potentially looking for:

Worker: Thimblebly Langton
Change: Think of an iconic "B-Horror" flick monster from the 80's. Much like Freddy Krueger, or Jason, Thimbleby is going to follow suit with his new persona, "The Butcher". With that being said, maybe a meat cleaver in the picture where his hand would potentially be (dripping with fake blood?) and fake blood smattered around his face. Possibly two white straps over each shoulder as if he was wearing a butcher's aipron. Also, maybe, a bush'ier beard? Looking even more unkept?

I'm not sure if this is even possible? If not, just let me know. ha. Just a vision that I have for the youngster. Potentially giving him a cult-classic persona that could give him some focus in PSW.

Nice. I like the brighter one better, but if possible would recommend making the forehead lighter as well. Leave the eyes a little darker. think that will look a little more realistic

Something I've been wanting to do for a long time is fix Gumble's forehead. Im a big fan of these alts and I dont mean to step on anyones toes but the darkness of the forehead due to the shadow of his hat never sat well with me. I also did a little work on the hair on both.

A couple for a game I recently found new life in..

Kamikaze Christian Vars, Joey Poison, and Whippy The Clown (Nathan Priest persona) all in the style of those old Canadian World Order DeColt alts someone did forever ago.
