Yeah, I'm 2 for 2 with Wesker :D

I was terrified about a cult growing bigger then us. We were set for a great game end game, but the possability of cults or SKs or vigs was crazy at the end.

So, if Vesperia died first night, who was killing people with blades?

Hmm. What I find interesting is the night that I killed mjd, I was actually debating about whether to kill mjd or praguepride. Their fight seemed a lot like two scummies from the same team making a big scene. Turns out, no matter which one I killed I would have gotten a scum alignment.

And how the hell did Cavalry stay under the radar until the last two nights?!

Also, like to point to whom I think we would all agree as the MVP of our group, PraguePride. He did an outstanding job in the thread I believe.

Agreed. PraguePride played the "bull in a china shop" strategy perfectly. With him around, it was easy for the rest of us to slide under the radar, as the attention will be on him and whoever he is raging against.

I really liked my team. We didn't overcommunicate, but we did communicate. It was nice to have people on the same wavelength/gameplan, etc. for a change. It was really smooth, and everyone seemed to agree on everything we did as if it was common sense.

I have to give a huge shout out to D-dubs on his incredible role claim. When he came up with it, I thought it was weaker and when Paws came out with an egg I was like "welp, that's game" but out of nowhere d_w_w pulls off the best twist I have ever witnessed going from a 'weak" claim to a claim independently verified by another townie.

Thanks. I think it was a weak claim too, tbh, but I made it work for a bit. I think that my overall strength as scum is in coming up with roleclaims and making them work.

Unfortunately, overall, I played fairly poorly this game.

First of all, I never carefully read the thread after joining the game. I have no excuse for this, because it wasn't a super long thread or anything. I have actually played through Tales of Vesperia... and would have recognized Duke as the dead person from that game, had I ever bothered to read through the list of dead characters. In some sense, not reading was almost for the better, as we were able to perpetuate the "Vesperia killer gonna getcha" story pretty well, since we actually believed it.

This lack of reading mainly came back to bite me on the claim because I was really thinking of claiming Baby Bowser or Bowser Jr. and then Destiny popped up as that. Re-reading his posts, it was easy to see that he was hinting in that direction, so I should have known this.

By that point in time though, I had already given hints that tied me to the Mario or Yoshi series. So, I had to pick a remaining villain and felt like Kamek was the better of my options.

And then I posted a mini-game style role right after trypio did, mostly because I had it pre-typed out (scum should always have a claim (character and role) and background story ready to go, the second Destiny died, I scrapped my Bowser Jr. one and typed the Kamek one) was rushed and didn't have time to read his claim, so I just pasted and posted mine.

Edit: And don't get me started on me totally screwing up and missing my chance to send in a night kill when I joined the game >.<

Indeed, except you we were a bunch of players that tend to fly under the radar most of the time. But with the framing and the protection we had that covered. :)

I was building a pretty solid case to advocate that Persia was the other scum alignment and we would string up TBP by his neck to see if "speedy" dies.

you AND town got really lucky when you up and left because I think they would have believed it just on the fact that you're the only other alignment in the graveyard.

As much as I appreciate the praise (and I do), all credit goes to Astil. Aside from fleshing out the Cavalry PM's, begging to be the first person in mafia history to die multiple times in one sitting, and writing up one day phase, where I screwed the name of the town, I didn't do anything.

Just sad I never figured out how to manipulate my power to win one for the Proph. :p

Yeah, that was totally a bluff. Believable though, that Sonic would have a 1-shot ability to do a double kill.


We were always going to go after either T2 or gonvick for the sure thing. I was tempted to go after you but the risk of you hiding was too great.

Well... You have a choice between a Possible PGO, A bomb, Bullet Proof, etc... Why not try... Never know when someone might forget to use their ability.

However, it was only a thought. All options that we felt were viable ussually ended up on the plate, so we all could comment on them. This way if someone overlooked something, we could say "Wait... Let's not attack the PGO ok. Let's attack Destiny instead."

Best Role Claim: Kamek. I still don't know how it worked, but it worked.

Best in Losing: Tie. Gonvick. Very dangerous townie, this one is. ShadowedFlames. I believe had he stayed alive this would have been a townie win and fast.

Biggest botch: Letting SF die with nothing to come out of it.

Best role: Actually these were a lot of 'regular' roles. I guess I did enjoy the Prince/Elika Survivor Mason/Revenge minded killer role. For the record, he could only kill those who voted on Elika.
