When making a technical support post:
1 - Always state what patch you are using. (i.e. "June 14th Temporary Patch.") You will not receive technical support unless this is done.
2 - Always check that the error hasn't already been fixed in the latest patch.
3 - Give as much detail about the problem as possible.
