TC Dale seems to like banning me off .400 for no reason once so ever.. my suspension ended the other day and I go and log on and 15 minutes later I'm banned again.. anyway, I'm selling my copy of TEW 2004 if anyone is interested.

Sorry Shawn, but you were found to be using an alias to get past your banning at .400 and you were given a longer time on vacation from the forums, and you were also emailed the proof of your PM's or emails showing your using an alias to bypass the punishment to use the forums.

Aliases are not supposed to be used to get around a banning, and when found they are banned and the original account docked additional time for the infraction.

But isn't that also an invasion of privcy if you screen PM's? And the account wasn't mine, it was my brothers, he used it to download the real stuff for TEW, because I don't know where else to get them.

Actually no. Anytime you use the forums of a company sponsored website, you are subject to your PM's or emails being monitored for illegal activity, among other things.

When someone else signs up and you use their account to visit somewhere you are banned from, you put their account at risk which in this case got your old account reinstated for a longer punishment and the other account restricted as well.

So I would say that you should wait out your punishment or just post here since you are not under the same restrictions as you were at .400. That way you can get your TEW fix and still keep abreast of what is going on with Adam's latest and greatest!
