But would you claim a role you have no idea exists? From his first few hints it was pretty obvious that before this he had never heard of Unleashed or Danny.

Now the argument could be made that this is all some elaborate scheme to throw us off, but it would only hold up one more day because from the hints being thrown around, we have a lot more investigators and blockers waiting in the wings. I'm not saying that the Shape bet let off the hook, I think he should be investigated/blocked/jailed like the others on the list.

I just think that Wallbanger is much more likely to be Sylar because WALLBANGER HASN'T SAID ANYTHING!!!!!

Assuming everyone is telling the truth, that only leaves Wallbanger.

I feel terrible for doing this, becuase it could be that he is just busy... and I really like the guy, especially from his dynasty...

but in the game, I think it's the right move to make.

If we want to play the "Who's lying?" game, we need to make sure that's the only question. I'm willing to believe those roleclaims because I see no real reason to doubt them other than intuition.

So, we get rid of the variable and at least know what we're working with. Personally, he' the most likely Sylar candidate in my mind, so this all may be null.

Look at it this way, for all we know 'Banger could well have a great townie ability and we could lynch him without even knowing it, much like Sprinklefurball. Shape on the other hand has told us his ability, but he's even said himself that he isn't sure what will happen, so for all we know it could turn him evil.

I'd much rather have a mysterious 'Banger locked up in prison than potentially having Jet Li kicking my ass.

No, I'd rather kill Sylar because at the moment he's the most powerful. We had a great first couple of days and the mafia has to be hurting bad. Given a 1/3 ratio of mafia to townie, we've eliminted almost half of them in the first couple of days.

INT. HOLLYWOOD HOTEL, LOBBY - DAY FIVE

The crowd had an objective today, and that was to eliminate the threat known as Sylar. They had the list, and they had narrowed it down, and they were ready to eliminate him.

Fingers were pointed. Tempers were flared.

“It’s him!”

“No, it’s him!”

And then they focused on one. One poor confused man with downcast eyes. He wasn’t sure to react, when the crowd started to close in on him.

“Who are you?!”

The man looked at the ground, and shyly replied.

“My name… Is Danny…”

The crowd put their heads together, and they came to a consensus.

“Alright, we’ll buy it for now.”

They went around, and questioned other suspects, and got what they wanted out of them, and then started to pressure another.

“What about him?”

They walked up to him, and prodded him a bit, with no response.

“No, it couldn’t be him.”

And they returned the man with the downcast eyes. The man who really didn’t want any part in all of this aggression.

“C’mon, you’re Sylar, admit it!”

The crowd started to surround him.

“My name is… Danny…”

Tears started steaming down his cheek, when the noose was put around his neck. They were just about to hoist him up, when he felt her steely grasp around his wrist. The crowd tried and tried, but they just couldn’t get him up.

“GET HIM!”

“WE NEED HELP!”

“JUST ONE MORE!”

This man hadn’t felt this much aggression in a long time, and he really wasn’t sure to react to it, but he was glad there was a helping hand around.

And then a man came and pushed the woman who had a hold of him over.

“We gonna do this?”

And they did. They hoisted the man up, and after a few seconds, his struggle ended with the snap of his neck. This really wasn’t what they wanted.
