The crowd once again gathered, and did their usual finger pointing routine, and discussed the events of the night before.

One man had something else on his mind.

After seeing what happened yesterday, he had it in the back of his mind that the same thing might actually happen to him. His fears became a bit more prevalent when his breathing became a bit more labored, and his vision blurred.

The man popped a few Vicodin in his mouth, and sighed.

“Yeah… Whoever did this… Huge moron…”

And with that, d_w_w dropped his cane, and slumped to the ground, dead.

So, how likely is it that the Bluths are poisoning people?

The timing fits with them kicking Astil out and people beginning to die of poison.

However, it would be odd for them to start a scum group if a non-member knows who they are.

I don't know why else the poisoning would start when it did. Any ideas?

That sounds like it would make sense. If one of the Bluths died then they become survivors that kill off the rest.

It might be possible for another one or two maybe, but I wouldn't necessarily expect it. Assuming Astil is bad and lied about the numbers, we know there's at least 5 Syndicate, 4 Bluths and 2 Indies in the game, most of them dead. That's already 11 scum right there. I wouldn't expect more than a couple more at most. And I'd expect the Syndicate to be the main scum group, so I don't think the Bluths would have more members.

But it could be that I have faulty expectations.

Also, I'm still curious why there was no Syndicate kill attempt on Night 5. The answer to that could lead us to finishing off the Syncicate.

Wallbanger being imrisoned is an obvious possibility. Though the write up did a fairly good job of backing up who he claimed to be. But that could just be misdirection for all I know.

If someone else has reason to believe that they might have stopped a mafia killer on Night 5, but did something else on Night 6, you might want to either speak up, or do what you did before and see if it has an effect.

Though, if they have more than one member left, they might have just switched hitmen to avoid the roleblock. So any roleblockers will have to judge whether they think they might have something worth revealing or not.

I agree that the Syndicate killed Smoochy. But the Bluths appear to be killing as well. Assuming that's correct, I'd also assume that they function like most scum groups. Where if we lynch the Don then they miss their next kill. That could easily be a mistaken assumption on my part, but I don't think it matters either way, as far as how we should proceed from here.

I saw that people were voting on me a while back because of what Slim said. Well Slim the fact is, the reason I am probably just as active as in MGS is because to be fair I don't have much to say here which is probably because I'm new to this forum. It's also because I have essentially no ability well not one that I feel like using at any point. But, I am aligned with Aussie. We aren't cult or a secondary mafia or whatever, we are still mason and always have been. Judging by the pm we got the reason our characters kicked out Astil was because his character was holding us back and wouldn't let us go out and do things we wanted to do. Since he left we have gained a new ability, one that Astil's characters wouldn't of approved of hence why our characters kicked him out.

I'm not sure what happened to Astil. I'm not sure but I think that it could be possible for him to go indy or perhaps join a cult or mafia. I don't reall think he would of gone back to town, I mean it doesn't make sense considering his character was holding us back from protecting the town more.

The crowd put their heads together after the mysterious death of House, and they tried to piece things together. Suddenly, someone spoke.

“Hey, didn’t George Bluth poison people?”

The crowd turned to George, who immediately tried to bolt. They grabbed a hold of his arm, and stopped him from running.

GEORGE
“To be honest, I don’t know what you’re talking about…”

He backed off, and realized Gob was standing right next to him now.

GEORGE
“Gob… Looks like I’m screwed! They think I'm a killer!”

Gob thought for a bit, smiled.

GOB
“Don’t worry, pops, I’ve got your back!”

He raised his hand for a high five.

GEORGE
“No… No you don’t.”

George looked at Gob’s hand, and he eventually awkwardly lowered it. Gob walks away.

The crowd continued to move in closer to him.

GEORGE
“Well, looks like you got me...”

Then… The lights in the lobby dimmed, and a murmur broke out from the crowd… What was going on? Suddenly, a spot light hit the stage, and there was a man standing there.

Suddenly, “The Final Countdown” was blaring over the PA system, and the man fanned out some cards in his hands. The then put a dagger in his mouth… And did the same thing again. He went on to saw a lady in half, and even make someone disappear in the Aztec tomb!

“Suck on that Magician’s Alliance!”

He then went into the crowd and high fived as many people as he could. Scattered applause was heard throughout the crowd, however, they didn’t realize how long the show actually took.

Night had once again fallen on Hollywood Hotel.

I'm doing so because I have proven through many games that certain players simply don't notice facts, and those players may very well be mafia. If someone can't add 2 and 2 together, I don't want them to "get it". Combine this hint with the others I've dropped, and you've gotten my claim:

The man quickly entered the bar and scanned the room for his target. Yup, there he is, now to just walk over to him… and BAM!

Suddenly, and out of no where, the fast moving man was punched in the face. The fast moving man looked annoyed.

FAST MAN
“Alright, you want to play?!”

He then charged at the man who punched him, and tackled him to the ground, unleashing a fury of punches on him. The man on the ground laughed, and eventually returned a punch or two of his own. The fast man smiled, stopped punching, and helped the laughing man up.


INT. HOLLYWOOD HOTEL, HALLWAY – NIGHT SEVEN


He was nervous as hell, he knew he didn’t have much time left in this world, so he was going to make the best of things. No time for muffins now. He carried a syringe containing the poison normally reserved for his muffins, and… Oh, there he is! He observed the slightly older guy (Uncle Bart), who seemed to be looking for someone himself.

GEORGE
“Here we go, one last time!”

He quickly plunged the syringe into the older guy’s neck, which made him very angry.

ANGRY GUY
“What in the bloody hell have you gone and done?!”

He smacked George in the face, leaving him on the ground.

“Yeah, that’ll learn ya!”

The angry guy started to walk away, when suddenly a masked man emerged. There he is! The angry guy waited in the shadows.

The masked man walked up to George, who was now cowering on the floor.

GEORGE
“Come on, please, don’t! I’ve got a family! I didn’t mean to… I didn’t know they were poisoned, honest! Please!”

He grasped the masked man’s waist, and started begging him.

MASKED MAN
“I’m afraid I can’t let you live any longer. You have brought far too much injustice and villainy to this fine convention, and I do believe your time for all of that will now come to its untimely end.”

The Masked Man quickly drew a dagger, and slit The Aussie’s throat. He slowly released him, and drew a rose from his coat, and looked at it for a moment. That’s when he felt the gun at the back of his head.

“Speaking of time being up and all that. Well, it looks like mine is, and well, time for yours to be too!”

He c0cked the gun, when suddenly, he was clobbered from behind. The woman looked confused at the angry guy, and watched as he fell to the ground unconscious. She then smiled and waved at the Masked man. He placed the rose at George’s corpse, and bowed at the lady, and quickly returned to the shadows.

For my investigation, I went off a list someone posted with "unknowns", since we had Rock and potentially Aussie already confirmed for lynches. I figured it'd be okay to drift slightly off the normal track... anyway, my target was masterded and he came back town aligned.

However, something I'd like to bring up about both masterded and jbergey... my result PMs for the first three investigations all equate to "your target is definitely *INSERT ALIGNMENT" whereas the latest two seem more like "your target came back *INSERT ALIGNMENT but you aren't completely sure". I'm not sure if it was deliberate by Crychon or not, and almost said it yesterday since I thought jbergey might be the Don and that's why it was worded differently, but with masterded also getting the new wording I'm thinking it might just be that Crychon changed the format for whatever reason...

Thoughts please... I'm befuddled by it tbh :o

I agree with this. We know Rock is scum, so we shouldn't have to worry about him getting away. The death of The Aussie probably would prevent him from being able to kill anyone tonight anyway, so we could just send CK after him and use the lynch to try to find the Syndicate Don.

But you wouldn't exactly be the first Don willing to bus one, or more, of his own so he could use that as a defense. So that only gets you so far. In fact, BigJosh called Rev out as scummy after the heat had died down, and they were both red mafia. So you being the Don and voting on Josh really isn't that much of a stretch.

I will admit, that the reason you gave for not being a character fits well with Bruce Campbell. Though if you had provided that reason right away when nobody was believing your claim it would be a bit more compelling.

That said, I still find it strange that you would have a one shot ability, and a creative one at that, but it wouldn't make the write up when you used it. Seems odd that Crychon would go to all the trouble of creating a unique role and then just ignore it like that. Especially one that lends itself so well to being written up.

Then the bruised man threw a punch that hit the drunk man square in the jaw. The drunk man reeled, blinked a few times.

“That was unexpected…”

The man punched at him again, but this time the other man ducked, and punched him in the stomach.

The two men fought for a few minutes, then laughed about it over drinks.

Suddenly a man runs into the bar and tackles him. He then punches him until he loses consciousness.

The people at the convention were exceptionally happy about most of the events that transpired that day, and the bar was actually pretty crowded tonight, people were enjoying drinks, and having a good time, for some, it’d continue, not so much for some of the others.

One man was sitting there, enjoying his signature drink, and enjoying the night, when he saw him walk in… The same guy from last night, and he was looking right at him again, and moving quickly. He immediately went from looking laid back and happy to flustered.

FRUSTRATED MAN
“Come on, man! Don’t…”

Before he could finish his sentence, he was hit with a head butt. The man then once again beat him into unconsciousness, and briskly walks out. A happy guy looks down at the unconscious man..

HAPPY GUY
“Well, how about that!”

He went to take another sip of his orange juice with alfalfa when he too was hit with a punch in the face.

HAPPY GUY
“Whoa, whoa whoa, hold the phone!”

The man who punched him smiled, and punched him again, and paused waiting for retaliation, he paused, realized none was coming, looked disappointed and walked out. The bruised, but still happy man got up.

“Man, somebody throw me a beach towel, because my head is swimming!”

Other people in the room were getting their work done, closely examining the activities of other occupants in the bar.


First bold is the Dude getting worked over again... possibly by one of Tyler's recruits.

Second bold is Tyler again. I think they were trying to recruit smoochie, but again I think he was unrecruitable to fight club.

He then charged at the man who punched him, and tackled him to the ground, unleashing a fury of punches on him. The man on the ground laughed, and eventually returned a punch or two of his own. The fast man smiled, stopped punching, and helped the laughing man up.

I don't think I am purely because I don't think LeeLoo would understand the concept. Why would she join fight club? She doesn't actually enjoy violence and all the write ups have been guy on guy fights.
