Hey everybody!

Looks like you didn't need me for this one - I have to say that I like how we can all come together and lynch some scum even with so many of us. I thought it would be a logistical nightmare, but then of course it's so much easier when we have people bold enough to put themselves out there to make sure the scum go down :)

This one was elementary, really. I'm still curious about some others, but this is nightphase so I'd best keep to myself for now :P

Just so everyone is clear what happened with Blode and Prophet on my end.

My partner (a watcher) watched Blode on night one and he was visited by Prophet.

It only made sense to us for me to steal Prophet's ability as it would more than likely reveal his allignment. So I stole Prophet's ability and saw that he was the framer thus making him scum. It was simple deduction on our part. I considered sitting on the info but I'm here to help the town win regardless of what happens to me.

With that said I NEED protection tonight...I may very well be able to deliver scum yet again tomorrow as long as I'm still here...I NEED TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT

Does anyone have a weird feeling that there's entirely not that much killing going on at night? Looks like we had two kill attempts on both nights. If we continue lynching one scum every day and they kill two townies every night, we could have this won quite easily (and scum seem to be coming up readily for us so far...)

Believe me, I assumed something like that.

Though I wasn't so sure it was to get you out in the open so much as to get the protection off whoever it was that was meant to die last night but was saved.

With any luck we have multiple protectors, and whoever made the save last night will stay put, while someone else can protect you. Course then, maybe the scum just take a random shot elsewhere... and knowing that, maybe the scum think that the townies think that they'll try that, and protection won't be on one of the more obvious targets.

After playing as a protector (very poorly, I might add) in SWM2, I can tell you now that this little guessing game is nothing short of a pain in the ass.

Good luck BigJosh, I think we all appreciate you revealing yourself to get rid of scum. At the very least, a 1 for 1 sacrifice in the town's favor isn't the worst thing in the world.

Well it seems they're immobilised for the night phase in which they are incapacitated as well as the next day, so it sorta has the same effect.

Not that kind of charity hunting event. It was Twist of Fate; they provide a hunting experiencce for those who're medically unable to hunt normally. Among our hunters this year were a vet from Iraq who'd lost the use of his legs (could shoot fine, needed help getting to/into the tree stands), a guy who'd been blinded in a farming accident (Could get there fine, but needed a side-along scope so someone coule tell him when to fire), and a guy with brain cancer (terminal, but the docs didn't know when it'd be terminal) and needed someone to go with him in case he needed to be carried back.

And then there was a BBQ and auction and everyone had fun. Over three days they brought in.. I think it was nine deer. Last one came in during the auction and everyone left to go see it. Auction caller was kinda amused at that.

Care to guess who my QB was today, thought? Kurt "Six Turnovers" Warner.... well, atleast he got a lot of yards and completions. Still, nothing compares to the epic level of suck Maurice Jones-Drew had today. I had two Jaguars starting on my team today, and I figured one of them would score a touchdown... didn't think it would be Matt Jones. Meanwhile, Clinton Portis seems to be allergic to the endzone, and Steven Jackson is finally having a good game... while sitting on my bench.

Its days like this, that I hate fantasy football. All the players who should be doing good, aren't, and all the guys who've sucked are actually putting up real numbers. Hell, even Ocho Cinco got a TD while on my bench... while Antonio Bryant wandered around the field looking lost.

I seriously want to scream at this point. Now my only hope is for Portis to get the lead out in the second half, then for Chicago to shut down Philadelphia (and DeSean Jackson in particular) WHILE the Ravens put up season best offensive numbers against Pittsburgh. I'm not optimistic of ANY of that happening.

The damned thing is, I'll probably have the second highest score in the league this week... But between Cotchery, Slaton, Jamal Lewis, Braylon Edwards, and even Kellen Winslow having great games... I'm just out gunned. You have no idea how pissed I am to see the Redskins keep getting to the two yard line and Portis refusing to get across it. If Portis has a good game, then I'd stand a much better chance of winning.

Oh well, I can still hope for Da Bears to pick off McNabb for, like, three defensive scores. Wouldn't be the first time in my fantasy football history I've thanked a Bear for doing something miraculous to win a game I shouldn't have... no clue who that typically blocking TE of their's was that year, but he scored his only three TDs of the year in one game three years ago... I'm sure my opponent was mildly upset.

To be honest, it may still be a fair trade either way.

I'm not starting Slaton or Minnesota, so it's not a huge loss, and you're getting a reliable playmaker and "your" team's D (for one that gave up 6 passing TD's today).

The only thing I worry about is McNabb's incredible lack of reliability, but as an Eagle's fan I can take that chance. :D

I like the concept of a 'Mafia Tournament'. Start with X games of, say, 25 people... 18 town, two three-person scum groups, an SK, and a random indy type. When enough games have finished that you have 25 survivors, you put the survivors into a game with the same roles. Repeat until someone has won an awful lot of games.

The man heard a knock on the door, and immediately went to answer it. The one he saw there was not anyone he was expecting at all.

Before the man in the house could react, the guest had pulled him out of the house. Another man emerged from the shadows, and walked up to them.

"Hey! What's going on here?"

The guest opened his mouth to answer, when another man walked up.

"Let's try wide blast this time!"

The man pulled the trigger, and within seconds the entire area around him was frozen. He examined his targets, and walked off.

The man in the house wasn't doing anything, the one who pulled him out was an attacker, and I assume the third man was a protector.

So out of those three, there's one potential scum?

On the first point it's impossible to tell. As for the second, one was in the shadows, seemingly watching what was going on, possibly a town observing or a scum waiting to pounce...the other was a welcomne guest in the house so his alignemnt is likely the same as the owner's.
