Josh Neer Vs Nate Diaz
Josh Neer is nicknamed "the dentist" for very obvious reasons, he has power in both hands. Comming into this fight Neer is 3-3 inside the octagon he has also fought Nick Diaz Nate's older brother. They met at UFC 62 and the older of the Diaz brothers got the win by submission. Nate Diaz has an impressive 4-0 record since entering the UFC. Nate also was the winner of the UFC's Ultimate Fighter season 5 series. he is a bright young star he has a lot of potential....and the scary thing is he is only 23.
The Winner by UD http://uploadpics.in/viewer.php?file=8tuyweeevpkxcjevc218.gif
Prelim Bout
Kenny Florian Vs Jorge Gurgel
Kenny Florian has always for as long as many can remember been a top contender for the Lightweight title...he has always come short though. Florian has an impressive 6-2 record in the UFC and is riding a 4 fight win streak which is once again putting him in title contention. Jorge Gurgel has not had much success in the UFC brandishing a 1-3 record he needs to win to prove he belongs in the world's leading MMA promotion.
The Winner by UD http://uploadpics.in/viewer.php?file=i3gf2v5qe8rvx0kod9rc.gif
Support Bout
Sean Sherk Vs Joe Stevenson
Sean Sherk was the UFC Lightweight champion before losing the title to BJ Penn at UFC 84. Many felt however that Sherk performed so poorly in his fight with Penn due to the controvery surrounding his steroid usage. With a Win over Joe Stevenson Sherk will prove that he doesn't need enhanced supplements to kick some ass. Joe Stevenson won the ultimate fighter season 2 series and made him a household name among UFC fans. He lost his shot at the title against none other than BJ Penn is a one sided fight. A win over Sean Sherk will make Joe Stevenson a top 5 contender for a title shot.
The Winner by TKO in 3:37 of round 3 http://uploadpics.in/viewer.php?file=h3qk1b16xqs6jnasaqr2.gif
Support Bout
Tyson Griffin Vs Mac Danzig
Mac Danzig was the winner of UFC's unltimate fighter 6 he blew through the competition. Danzig was also in pride before entering onto TUF season 6 and today he is 2-0 in the UFC. Danzig's last loss came when he was knocked out by MMA legend Hayato Sakurai. Tyson Griffin is 4-1 in the UFC his only loss comming by was of UD to Frankie Edgar in which many consider could have gone either way. Tyson Griffin is a young fighter who with a win or loss will learn and improve from it.
The Winner by UD http://uploadpics.in/viewer.php?file=k3yo9mmlfd15hq3axdez.gif
MAIN EVENT
BJ Penn Vs Roger Huerta
FOR THE UFC LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE
BJ Penn is a legend inside the octagon, and may be one of the best and most popular fighters in the world at 155. Penn held the UFC Welterweight title and now currently holds the UFC Lightweight title. Penn is on a 3 fight win streak and has beat some very tough fighters throughout his career. Roger Huerta is a young and exciting fighter which are 2 main ingrediants in scalpting a UFC champion. Since comming to the UFC at UFC 62 he has built up an incredible record of 6-0 for himself. It is no wonder he will tonight face his toughest opponant in BJ Penn.

Matt Serra Vs Thiago Alves
Matt Serra has had a great career in the UFC so far he has held the UFC Welterweight title. Serra has also won the ultimate fighter season 4 series in a dominating fashion. Serra is looking to regain the title but first things first he must win tonight's fight over....Thiago Alves is the number 1 contender for the UFC Welterweight title. If Alves can tonight beat Matt Serra he will most likely be the next in line for a chance at glory. Alves is one of the best Welterweights in the world and the scary thing is...he is only 24 years old.

Co-Feature
Jon Fitch Vs Karo Parisyan
Jon Fitch doesn't have to many weakness's at this stage in his career. With an impressive record of 18-2 and 8-0 in the UFC he is a dominating force withing these cages. Karo Parisyan has always been a top UFC contender but has never, like Jon Fitch won the UFC Welterweight Title. The winner of this fight will most likely get a shot at the title...

Main Event
George St. Pierre Vs Diego Sanchez
UFC Welterweight Title
George St. Pierre is arguably one of the best pound for pound fighters in the world. St. Pierre is 10-2 in the UFC and has held the UFC welterweight title twice as of today. St. Pierre seems to improve with every fight and with every fight experts are left wondering can GSP ever be beaten? Diego Sanchez is 7-2 in the UFC and could possibly be the next UFC Welterweight champion if he can manage a win over GSP. It will not be an easy fight for Sanchez by any means, however if there was a fighter right now that could give GSP a run for his money....Sanchez could.

Nate Marquardt Vs Rousimar Palhales
Nate Marquardt is a tough fighter who is known for his submission stlye fighting. Marquardt is 4-2 in the UFC and lost by way of technical knockout when he fought the UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. Wheather Nate can make it back up the ladder of the division is uncertain. Rousimar Palhales is 1-0 in the UFC winning by submission at UFC 84 against a tough Ivan Salaverry. He has a promising future in the UFC and with a win over Marquardt he will certainly prove that he can bang with the best middleweights.

Prelim Bout
Michael Bisping Vs Ed Herman
Michael Bisping is 6-1 in the UFC he has 3 win's and 1 loss at LHW and is 2-0 at his current weight which is Middleweight. He also has an imprssive record of 17-1 MMA and is only getting better. His first loss of his career came by SD to Rashad Evans who is also destined for greatness. Ed Herman like tonight has always been considered an under dog in most fights he has fought. Herman is 3-3 inside the octagon and has beaten a list of who's who throughout his career. Tonight will be Herman's toughest test in an opponant who is relentless in terms of giving up, how Herman will do remains to be seen.

Rich Franklin Vs Chris Leben
Rich Franklin was UFC champion and there was a time when many thought that no one could beat the superstar. And then along came a spider who not only once but twice man handled Franklin with ease. Many believe Franklin has plateued but with a win over Chris Leben tonight he will most definitly silence his most harsh critics. Chris Leben has become a force in the middleweight division and has risin from the bottom to the top. Leben is 7-3 in the UFC and has fit into the UFC very comfortbaly. With a win over Rich Franklin he will secure a spot as one of the top 5 Middleweights in not only the UFC but the world.
The Winner by TKO in 3:51 of round 1 http://uploadpics.in/files/vkr1h6oq2w7cough3uu6.gif (http://uploadpics.in/)
Co-Feature
Dean Lister Vs Patrick Cote
Dean Lister has fought all over the world and has tons of experiance more than most in the UFC in fact. Lister also was the US national sambo champion which is a great accomplishment. Lister is 4-1 in the UFC and is looking to get the win over Patrick Cote tonight....the winner will get a title shot most likely. Patrick Cote does not have many weaknesses at this stage in his career and is improving with every fight. After losing his first 4 fights in the UFC, UFC president Dana White decided to give Cote one last shot and since Cote is now riding a 4 fight win streak.
The Winner by TKO in 1:30 of round 3 http://uploadpics.in/files/avgvisvwo691ozl3nm15.gif (http://uploadpics.in/)
Main Event
Anderson Silva Vs Yushin Okami
FOR THE UFC MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE
Anderson Silva is considered the best pound for pound fighter in the world by 7/10 experts. Since comming to the UFC Anderson Silva has stormed through everyone. He has not lost since comming and none of his fights have gone past the 3rd round. Yushin Okami is best suited to beat Anderson Silva, if any fighter in the UFC could do it he could. Why not? he has beaten many other top contenders at 185. The question like every PPV where Silva is in reamains....Will this be the fight that brings the king down?

Opening Bout
Lyoto Machida (13-0) Vs Reese Andy (7-1)
Round 1
Andy throws the first punch of the round, a high searching jab that didn't carry a great deal of threat with it. Machida throws a one-two combination in return, neither connecting, then steps in and delivers a hard kick to the outside of the thigh. Andy steps back, throwing a right hand as he does to buy himself space. They circle, then move in again to exchange strikes, neither fighter getting a clear advantage. They come together again and the same result. It has become something of a stalemate at the moment. They come together to exchange strikes for the third time, and this time they wind up in a clinch. Machida hits a knee to the ribs. A couple of shots to the back from Andy. They struggle all the way back, with Andy ending up backed up against the cage. Machida hits another knee, but there wasn't much power behind it. Andy stomps downward onto his foot. Andy manages to reverse their positions, but that only lasts about thirty seconds before it gets reversed once more. Machida gets an arm free and tries to throw a big shot to the cheek, Andy ducks under it and gets the arm back under control. The referee finally breaks them up, and we're back to where we started. Andy tries a high kick to start, but Machida saw it coming and easily avoids it. They come back together in the center, and it's Machida who gets the first sustained attack of the round, hitting two hard body shots and a jab that caught Andy on the nose. Andy hits a straight right, enough to stop Machida from following up any further. The time expires with them standing. Not a great round for either of them or the crowd, it was very scrappy. The round is over. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 Machida.
Round 2
Machida and Andy circle to start. Andy throws a couple of looping punches, neither hitting, while Machida sits back, waiting for an opportunity to attack. Andy comes in closer, looking to unload with a right hand; that misses, and it allows Machida to slip a nice jab in, catching Andy just underneath the right eye. Machida comes in and scores with a straight left, then bounces a right hand off the body. Andy misses with a right cross, then backs off. Machida stalks him, forcing Andy back up against the cage. Machida doesn't rush in, instead standing back and throwing the occasional punch. Andy throws a big left hand in response, but it misses by quite a margin. Machida pounces, hitting lefts and rights. Andy covers up from the first two punches, then clinches up to prevent any more coming in. They're up against the cage, Machida in the dominant position. They remain that way as the time ticks down. Machida throws the occasional knee, but can't really do much with his arms tied up like that. The referee finally tells them to break, and they return to the center. That clinch ate up a lot of time though. Andy comes in hard and fast, bobbing and weaving, and throws a couple of big shots. Machida parries them with his gloves and scores with a well-executed counter punch, hitting just above the eye. They come in close again, throwing punches, but wind up clinched again. The time expires with them like that, and that round will definitely go down in Machida's favour. End of the round. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Machida.
Round 3
They touch gloves to begin. Andy throws out a looping right hand, setting up a mid-level kick. The punch found gloves, the kick found nothing but thin air as Machida had stepped back in time. They meet in the center, exchanging a series of blows, and Andy gets the better of it, scoring with a crisp jab that causes Machida to back up quickly. Sensing a chance, Andy follows and forces him up against the cage with some jabs. Machida covers up, as two hard strikes find the gloves from Andy. A right hand misses, and that is the chance Machida needs to quickly get out of trouble and back to the center. Great start to the round from Andy. Machida with a jab. Other than a few half-hearted jabs, there's been a definite lull over the past minute. Big kick from Machida! That was out of nowhere, and hit Andy on the jaw. I don't think anyone saw that coming, least of all Andy, and he has been laid out cold with one massively powerful kick. The official time of the knock out is 2:52 of round 3.
Prelim Bout
Quinton Jackson (28-7) Vs James Irvin (14-4)
Round 1
Jackson hits a right hand, then fakes a take down attempt. Irvin got out of the way, he clearly has it in mind to not let Jackson shoot in on him. They come together and exchange strikes, neither fighter gets an advantage from it. Irvin throws a scorching right hand, but it misses. Jackson throws a head kick, and that one doesn't! Irvin took it to the side of the head and goes down. It didn't look all that powerful though, and the fact that Irvin is able to clear his head pretty swiftly and pull guard on the on-rushing Jackson backs that up. Jackson looks to pound out a victory, throwing some big punches. Irvin's guard prevents him from getting his body behind the shots though, and none of them have enough power to really trouble Irvin. A couple do get through and hit home though. Irvin reaches up and smothers Jackson into a clinch. He fights free, with some difficulty, and starts punching away again. Irvin parries the shots away. Unfortunately the round enters a lull, with Jackson unable to pass guard and so being content just to throw punches from there, while Irvin is unwilling to risk letting Jackson pass guard. We enter the final thirty seconds of the round before Jackson gets a breakthrough, managing to power through the guard and mount Irvin! Irvin covers up and tries to buck and roll his hips to desperately try and dislodge Jackson. It doesn't work, but it does unbalance him enough to reduce the amount of punches being thrown. Some do come raining down though, and Irvin is probably relieved when the round ends with him not having taken too much damage. End of round 1. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Jackson.
Round 2
Jackson hits the first punch of the round, scoring with a jab to the cheek. Irvin throws a left hook in response, but it's well wide of the mark. Jackson steps in and hits a low kick. Irvin ignores it and shoots in for a takedown. Jackson saw it coming though, and defends it brilliantly, sprawling at first, then pushing Irvin face-down to the ground so that he can take his back. Irvin turtles up. Jackson hits a couple of hard shots to the body, but can't stop Irvin working his way up and turning over, pulling guard. Jackson throws out a right hand, parried away by Irvin. The guard is quite tight, for the moment at least Jackson looks content to stay there and throw some punches. Irvin isn't offering any sort of attacking threat yet, instead concentrating on keeping the strikes from landing. A big punch is driven into the ribs, Irvin thought it was going for the face. Another punch lands in the same place, and a red mark starts to develop. Irvin reaches up and pulls Jackson down into a clinch, and tries to work an armbar from the bottom. Jackson defends it easily, and gets in a sharp jab to the face too. He stands up slightly, leaning forward into the guard, and starts throwing some right hands. One gets through, the others are parried. Irvin looked like he might be considering trying to apply a triangle then, as Jackson was very exposed, but he didn't get a chance due to the ferocity of the punches. Jackson gets back down to kneeling in the guard. Another right hand lands to the ribs. Irvin fires off two punches from his back, but Jackson defends them easily by simply leaning backward out of reach. Jackson stands again, the guard remaining tight around him, and throws another couple of bombs. This time Irvin does try to apply the triangle, and an armbar at the same time, but Jackson breaks free. Time is ticking down, looks like Irvin will survive this ground and pound attack. The round ends without further note. The round is over. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 Jackson.
Round 3
Flat start to the round, thirty seconds of circling without any actual contact. The fans begin to get a bit restless. Irvin is the first to try something, stringing together a couple of jabs and a low kick, but Jackson blocked the first two and avoided the latter. A lunge from Irvin is meant to set up a punch, but it's clumsy and just leaves him off balance. Jackson is quick to react, and gets a great shot to the side of the face in before Irvin can cover up. That landed above the left eye and has left an ugly red mark. No cut, but that will start to swell and could give Irvin some problems later on. Irvin moves in for a right hook, but takes a hard kick to the knee, then is forced to retreat so as not to get caught with the two right hands that follow. Jackson is staying on it though, and glances three shots off the gloves of Irvin before they wind up in a clinch. That punch above the eye, or maybe the mistake that led to it, seems to have completely thrown Irvin off, since that moment he has been comprehensively out-struck and is now in danger of losing this round. They struggle in the clinch, neither fighter managing a great deal more than minor blows. Irvin goes for a trip, but Jackson cleverly spins out of it and the two fighters are back to circling. Not a great round for purists, it has all been a bit disjointed, but that one shot from Jackson may prove decisive. As the round comes to an end, they wind up back in another clinch, with nothing coming of it. That's the end of the round. Blurcat.com scores 10-9 Jackson. All three judges give a score of 30-27 in favour of Quinton Jackson.

Chuck Liddell (21-5) Vs Mauricio Rua (16-3)
Round 1
Rua isn't hanging around, right from the start Liddell is forced onto the back foot by four hard shots, although none of them get through the gloves. Liddell circles, steps in, then unloads a combination of punches, but Rua weaves out of the way and scores with a beauty of a right hand, glancing above the right eye. That was some lovely counter punching from Rua, the timing had to be perfect and it was. Liddell is looking a bit frustrated, and uncorks a ragged-looking uppercut that missed by several inches. Rua really should have taken advantage of that mistake, Liddell was wide open for a moment there. Rua hits a high kick, catching Liddell on the shoulder. Jab from Liddell finds the mark, but it didn't have much power behind it as he was leaning backward too much. Rua fires off a couple of straight punches in response, but only finds gloves. They clinch, and the fight enters a lull. Liddell scores with a knee from the clinch, it landed around the hip area of Rua, who responds with a couple of shots to the ribs. The time runs out with them still clinched though. The round is over. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Rua.
Round 2
The two competitors start slowly, circling and looking for an opening. Rua fakes shooting in for a takedown, but Liddell didn't buy it for a second. In comes Rua from an angle to the right, but Liddell had it covered all the way, and not only easily steps out of the way of the attempted right hand, but manages to score with a solid right hand to the side of the head. Rua felt that, and is forced to cover up quickly as Liddell steps in quickly and unloads with a flurry of powerful blows, looking to capitalise on the earlier strike. Rua is forced back against the cage, but to his credit, he did a good job defending those strikes and didn't seem to take any significant damage. Liddell doesn't get in too close, realising that it would likely mean getting caught in a clinch, so he stands slightly back instead and throws some low kicks and looping punches. Rua responds by throwing out some straight jabs, but neither fighter is really doing any damage to their opponent. Liddell clearly grows tired of the wait, and moves in to hit a body blow. It connects, but Rua is quick to tie him up in a clinch. That lasts quite a while, until the referee gets in there and breaks them up, telling them to fight. Liddell looks for an opening. Liddell scores with a stiff jab, and bobs and weaves to avoid all three of the rapid-fire punches that come back from Rua. Nicely done. Rua, realising that he is losing this round, comes forward with a sense of urgency, throwing right hands to put Liddell on the back foot. Liddell handles it well though, refusing to let Rua get an angle, and using some nice counter punches to the body to further cement the fact that this round is going to him on points. Time expires with Rua throwing increasingly desperate punches. That's the end of the round. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Liddell.
Round 3
Liddell throws two high punches, then steps in for a hook to the body. Nice combination, but Rua defended with ease. They clinch up next to the cage, but a short struggle only ends with them separating and coming back in. Rua misses with a straight right. Liddell hits a standing kick, and Rua is rocked, stumbling backwards and falling to the floor. Liddell leaps into action and fires off a barrage of right hands. The referee dives in and protects Rua, bringing the fight to an end. The kick didn't knock Rua out, but it left him stunned, and that was all that Liddell needed to finish the job. Official time of the TKO is 1:20 of the third round.

Keith Jardine (13-4-1) Vs Rashad Evans (11-0-1)
Round 1
Evans and Jardine circle to start. Jardine throws a couple of looping punches, neither hitting, while Evans sits back, waiting for an opportunity to attack. Jardine comes in closer, looking to unload with a right hand; that misses, and it allows Evans to slip a nice jab in, catching Jardine just underneath the right eye. Evans comes in and scores with a straight left, then bounces a right hand off the body. Jardine misses with a right cross, then backs off. Evans stalks him, forcing Jardine back up against the cage. Evans doesn't rush in, instead standing back and throwing the occasional punch. Jardine throws a big left hand in response, but it misses by quite a margin. Evans pounces, hitting lefts and rights. Jardine covers up from the first two punches, then clinches up to prevent any more coming in. They're up against the cage, Evans in the dominant position. They remain that way as the time ticks down. Evans throws the occasional knee, but can't really do much with his arms tied up like that. The referee finally tells them to break, and they return to the center. That clinch ate up a lot of time though. Jardine comes in hard and fast, bobbing and weaving, and throws a couple of big shots. Evans parries them with his gloves and scores with a well-executed counter punch, hitting just above the eye. They come in close again, throwing punches, but wind up clinched again. The time expires with them like that, and that round will definitely go down in Evans's favour. The first round is over. Blurcat.com scores it 10-9 for Evans.
Round 2
They come together into a clich almost right away. Jardine gets a knee in, but that's about the total sum of the action, and the referee separates them. Evans moves in, but gets caught with a big kick to the legs that causes him to stumble to the mat. Jardine came in fast to try and capitalise, but Evans uses the guard well. Jardine almost gets caught in a surprise armbar, leaving his arm in for far too long after a punch. Evans tries to twist it while wrapping his legs around it, but Jardine pulls free, and it allows him an opportunity to get side control due to Evans's legs being out of position. He lies across Evans's chest. Evans has locked up Jardine's right shoulder well, it's preventing him from doing much. Jardine drives a knee into the ribs, but can't generate much force. Jardine tries to spin around and get into north and south position, but Evans blocks it by tenaciously holding onto the right arm. Jardine uses his legs to break Evans's arms apart and trap the right one. It's a semi-crucifix position, Evans is quite exposed. Fortunately for him then time expires before Jardine can turn it into a better attacking opportunity. That's the end of the round. Blurcat.com scores it 10-9 for Jardine.
Round 3
Jardine hits a right hand, then fakes a take down attempt. Evans got out of the way, he clearly has it in mind to not let Jardine shoot in on him. They come together and exchange strikes, neither fighter gets an advantage from it. Evans throws a scorching right hand, but it misses. Jardine throws a head kick, and that one doesn't! Evans took it to the side of the head and goes down. It didn't look all that powerful though, and the fact that Evans is able to clear his head pretty swiftly and pull guard on the on-rushing Jardine backs that up. Jardine tries to move quickly into side control, but Evans isn't letting that happen. Evans reaches up and tries to grab an arm, but takes a right hand to the cheek in response. Jardine tries to power him way through, raining down four or five hammer fists, but Evans covered up well. Jardine pushes a leg down and moves to the side, but Evans spins out. Jardine moves with him though and gets his back! No, Evans scrambled like crazy and manages to turn right back over and pull guard again. That was an exciting sequence though, and the fans enjoyed it. Jardine won't be pleased that he had both side control and the back, but didn't hold onto either for more than a few seconds. The fight unfortunately enters a lull, as Jardine punctuates unsuccessful attempts to pass guard with easily defended jabs. The referee eventually gets them back up to their feet due to inactivity. Not much time left in the round though. Evans will need to do something a bit special to avoid losing the round on points. He tries just that, throwing a big right hand and a high kick, but Jardine backs off, safe in the knowledge that he has won this round. The time expires. The round ends. Blurcat.com scores it 10-9 for Jardine. The judges are split; Keith Jardine gets 29-28 from the first, Rashad Evans gets 29-28 from the second, the third gives 29-28 to Keith Jardine. Keith Jardine gets the split decision victory.
Main Event
Forrest Griffin (16-4) Vs Wanderlei Silva (32-8-1)
FOR THE UFC LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Round 1
Griffin comes out fast, and looks like he is aiming for a quick takedown, but Silva stops that plan with some looping punches. Solid right hand from Silva connects, and that's the best moment of the opening minute of the round. Griffin is mainly defending against punches, it looks like he is trying to work an angle to try for a takedown. Silva seems to have noticed, as he is purposely positioning against that. Straight left from Silva, then a low kick, then a wicked body shot. Griffin felt that, and backs off. Griffin tries to get in for a clinch, perhaps looking for a takedown from that position, but Silva gets him to back off with some jabs. Silva has really been able to stamp his gameplan on this round, Griffin has been blocked at every turn. The 1st round ends. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Silva.
Round 2
Griffin is forced onto the backfoot almost immediately, having to retreat to avoid a series of sharp jabs. He ends up with his back to the cage, with Silva advancing. A sharp right misses, and Griffin takes the opportunity to pull Silva in to a tight clinch against the cage. Silva tries to break free, but cannot. It looks like we know the strategies for this round already; Silva wants to stand and bang, Griffin wants to keep things at close quarters. Silva tries for an elbow, but only succeeds in getting turned around so that he is now the one against the cage. Trip from Griffin, and we're down to the ground. Griffin has side control, but Silva has landed with his left hand side against the cage, so that side of the body is basically safe for now. Griffin will have to try to work the right-hand side, and starts by ramming a knee into the ribs. Silva tries to squirm into a better position, but Griffin puts a stop to that with a stiff elbow to the stomach. Griffin tries to work a kimura on the right arm, but Silva defends it. Silva manages to bring a knee up and catch Griffin in the side, something of a cheeky move given his position. Griffin responds with five or six rapid-fire right hands to the face, but Silva covers up and doesn't take any serious damage at all. Time is ticking away though, and so far Griffin may be easily winning the round, but he is not taking full advantage of this great position. Griffin tries to float over into a mount, but Silva uses the cage to push away and manages to unbalance Griffin enough to get to a kneeling position, then standing, albeit back into a clinch. A knee from Griffin is the last action of the round. End of the round. Blurcat.com gives that one to Griffin by 10-9.
Round 3
Silva comes out fast and quickly backs Griffin up, all the way up against the cage. Silva throws a series of rights and lefts; none of the strikes to the head got through, but two nice body shots did. He doesn't follow up though, instead keeping a few steps back, clearly not wanting to get tied up in a clinch. Griffin throws a low kick, then advances with some jabs, forcing Silva to back off a little. They meet in the center and exchange strikes, with Silva looking the crisper striker of the two, although without doing any real damage. Griffin shoots in for the takedown, but Silva sprawls and eventually pushes free. Right hand from Silva, then two jabs which both find their mark. Griffin bats away a third, then comes in hard and fast for a second takedown attempt. Silva sprawls again, but gets pushed all the way up against the cage. Griffin has a leg, but is low down to the ground and doesn't have the leverage to complete the takedown. He works to a better standing position, but has to lose the leg and grab a clinch instead. They both fire off some small punches from there. Griffin tries for a trip, but Silva avoids it and works free from the clinch. He returns to the center, clearly wanting a striking battle rather than a grappling match. Griffin follows, hands held high, and throws a couple of jabs. Silva connects with one instead though, and then with a looping right hand that catches Griffin above the eye. He felt that, but doesn't go down. Best strike of the round so far. Griffin throws a low kick. Silva comes in to strike again, but this time cannot sprawl quickly enough and gets taken down. Silva pulls guard. Unfortunately for Griffin, now that he has finally gotten the takedown, there's less than thirty seconds left. He tries to pass guard to get to side control, but Silva comfortably defends it until the round is over. End of round 3. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 Silva.
Round 4
Good start from Griffin, taking Silva down almost immediately! Silva scrambles though, and gets back to his feet without taking any damage at all. Griffin will be disappointed with that. Silva comes in and throws two big right hands, but neither connects, and they put him off balance, allowing Griffin to score with a nice right hook to the side of the head, crunching into the top of the ear. Silva felt that one for sure. He stalks Griffin, trying to back him up against the cage. It doesn't work though, Griffin keeps out of the way. Silva tries a kick, but Griffin catches the foot and uses it for a trip. Griffin gets Silva down for the second time, and this time is right on top of him in guard position. Griffin throws some punches, then tries to pass. Silva doesn't allow it, and tries to grab an armbar in response. Griffin easily stops that, and throws some more punches. That becomes the pattern, as the fight falls into a predictable pattern; punches from Griffin followed by a pass attempt, with Silva blocking the pass and throwing the occasional punch in response. The round ends like that, just as the referee was about to stand them back up. The fourth round is over. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Griffin.
Round 5
Griffin misses with a straight right. Silva hits a standing kick, and Griffin is rocked, stumbling backwards and falling to the floor. Silva leaps into action and fires off a barrage of right hands. The referee dives in and protects Griffin, bringing the fight to an end. The kick didn't knock Griffin out, but it left him stunned, and that was all that Silva needed to finish the job. Official time of the TKO is 1:19 of the fifth round. Wanderlei Silva is now the UFC Light Heavyweight champion.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira Vs Gabriel Gonzaga
FOR THE UFC HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is a never say die fighter who will fight until he cannont fight anymore. The only weakness NOG has is that he isn't great in the clinch, other than that he is almost the perfect fighter. He has held both the Pride Heavyweight title and currently he hold the UFC crown. He has beat most of the best HW fighters in the world, however there is one fighter he has lost twice to Fedor. Not much is known about Gab Gonzaga except the fact that he destroyed Cro Cop in devastating fashion. Since then he has seen his stock rise as a fighter. Some say Gonzaga is not ready to be the UFC Heavyweight champion with a win over NOG he will definitly be worthy.

What can I say about Randy Couture that is not known to you all reading this? Perhaps I can tell of him being the only 5 time UFC champion? Or how he held titles in 2 weight divisions? Fabricio Werdum since comming back to the UFC is 2-0 and has won both fights in dominating fashion. The winner of this fight could get a title shot.

Fedor Emelianenko Vs Frank Mir
I can't say much about Fedor Emelianenko other than the fact that he is most likely the greatest HW fighter in the world. He has beaten the best with ease, and many experts agree he is the cream of the crop. Will Fedor meet success in his first UFC octagon bout? or will he suffer the same fate Mirko Cro Cop did? Frank Mir once held the UFC HW belt and he would like nothing more than to have it around his waist once more. With a win over Fedor it will prove he is worthy of a title shot.

Opening Bout
Jake O'Brien (10-1) Vs Heath Herring (28-13)
Round 1
Herring throws the first punch of the round, a high searching jab that didn't carry a great deal of threat with it. O'Brien throws a one-two combination in return, neither connecting, then steps in and delivers a hard kick to the outside of the thigh. Herring steps back, throwing a right hand as he does to buy himself space. They circle, then move in again to exchange strikes, neither fighter getting a clear advantage. They come together again and the same result. It has become something of a stalemate at the moment. They come together to exchange strikes for the third time, and this time they wind up in a clinch. O'Brien hits a knee to the ribs. A couple of shots to the back from Herring. They struggle all the way back, with Herring ending up backed up against the cage. O'Brien hits another knee, but there wasn't much power behind it. Herring stomps downward onto his foot. Herring manages to reverse their positions, but that only lasts about thirty seconds before it gets reversed once more. O'Brien gets an arm free and tries to throw a big shot to the cheek, Herring ducks under it and gets the arm back under control. The referee finally breaks them up, and we're back to where we started. Herring tries a high kick to start, but O'Brien saw it coming and easily avoids it. They come back together in the center, and it's O'Brien who gets the first sustained attack of the round, hitting two hard body shots and a jab that caught Herring on the nose. Herring hits a straight right, enough to stop O'Brien from following up any further. The time expires with them standing. Not a great round for either of them or the crowd, it was very scrappy. The round is over. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 O'Brien.
Round 2
The two fighters meet in the center with an exchange of jabs, but neither gets anything but gloves or air. They go right into a clinch, with only a few seconds of the match gone. Herring gets a knee to the ribs in, but it wasn't particularly hard. They break. Herring forces O'Brien back against the cage, where they clinch up. Herring has the better position, all the leverage is with him. He uses that to lift O'Brien up onto his shoulder, turns...and hits a running slam that gets the crowd going crazy! Big power takedown from Herring. O'Brien pulls guard, but he has to be stunned from that. Herring fights his way out into half guard. Big clubbing blow from Herring, O'Brien dealt with it well. Herring half-stands, his right leg still trapped between O'Brien's, and starts unloading with a barrage of bombing right hands. O'Brien takes one right to the jaw, then another smashes hard into his nose. More devastating punches rain down, and the referee pulls Herring off, preventing O'Brien from taking any more damage. Herring wins via 2nd round TKO with the official time being 1:45.
Prelim Bout
Shane Carwin (9-0) Vs Antoni Hardonk (7-4)
Round 1
Slow start, both fighters are throwing tentative punches without threatening anything more powerful. Carwin puts together the first exciting moment, stringing together four punches in quick succession, but Hardonk defended well. Straight right from Hardonk in response, but it caught nothing but gloves. They start circling. The referee tells them to fight, the lack of action so far is worrying. They get in close and exchange body shots, Carwin probably getting the slightly better punches in, and then fall into a clinch. That goes nowhere, and the referee separates them. Hardonk gets a nice kick in just before the time expires, but it's unlikely that is going to stop the judges giving that round to Carwin. The first round is over. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Carwin.
Round 2
The round starts slowly, with both fighters circling, tentatively throwing out the occasional jab. Hardonk is the first to make a positive move, stepping in to throw a right hand, although he probably wishes that he hadn't, as Carwin picks him off with a crisp jab to the cheek. Hardonk throws a wild punch as a counter, but Carwin ducks and backs off out of range. They meet again in the center for an exchange of punches. Hardonk gets a clubbing blow to the side of the head in, but takes a hard shot to the stomach in return. The early pattern seems to be that Hardonk is looking for big punches, Carwin is happy to avoid them and use quick counter punches instead. They clinch up, and Hardonk manages to back Carwin up against the cage. Hardonk takes a half step backward and throws a big right hand to the head, but Carwin ducks under at the last second, scores with a pair of punches to the gut, then darts out of trouble before Hardonk can unload. Hardonk may need to think about changing tactics, Carwin is looking far sharper in these striking battles, and is beginning to control the pace and tempo of the round. Hardonk fakes a right hand, then shoots out a low kick, catching Carwin on the thigh. Carwin presses forward for the first time, getting in close and using a couple of jabs to the body. Hardonk gets a nice left hook in, glancing off the gloves, and then clinches up. Time ticks away and the round ends just a few seconds after the referee separates them. The round ends. Blurcat.com scores 10-9 Carwin.
Round 3
Carwin starts fast, immediately going on the attack with jabs and straight rights. Hardonk covers up from the initial burst, then starts throwing some raking rights and lefts. Carwin bobs and weaves out of harm's way, countering by flicking off jabs whenever possible, peppering Hardonk with strikes. None of them are likely to knock Hardonk down, but they will add up over time. Hardonk moves in and tries to back Carwin up against the cage, but he is too quick, and won't allow himself to get caught. Hardonk is having a real problem with Carwin's movement, which is allowing him to dart in and out almost at will, hitting quick jabs and avoiding any counters. There's another example, as Carwin scores with a sharp left hand to the chest, and is gone before the big right hand of Hardonk hits. Hardonk looks frustrated, and switches tactics, no longer looking for the big punches but trying to stop Carwin getting in close by using low kicks and long, raking punches. Carwin is kept from doing any further damage, but Hardonk isn't generating any offence either. Carwin comes in from an angle, takes a right hand, but scores with a flurry of his own. Hardonk tries to hit a low kick, but misses. Time is running down, Carwin is going to take this round on points, he has been able to dominate it thanks to his superior movement. The 3rd round ends. Blurcat.com gives that one to Carwin by 10-9. All three judges give a score of 30-27 to Shane Carwin.

Round 1
Emelianenko and Mir circle to start. Mir throws a couple of looping punches, neither hitting, while Emelianenko sits back, waiting for an opportunity to attack. Mir comes in closer, looking to unload with a right hand; that misses, and it allows Emelianenko to slip a nice jab in, catching Mir just underneath the right eye. Emelianenko comes in and scores with a straight left, then bounces a right hand off the body. Mir misses with a right cross, then backs off. Emelianenko stalks him, forcing Mir back up against the cage. Emelianenko doesn't rush in, instead standing back and throwing the occasional punch. Mir throws a big left hand in response, but it misses by quite a margin. Emelianenko pounces, hitting lefts and rights. Mir covers up from the first two punches, then clinches up to prevent any more coming in. They're up against the cage, Emelianenko in the dominant position. They remain that way as the time ticks down. Emelianenko throws the occasional knee, but can't really do much with his arms tied up like that. The referee finally tells them to break, and they return to the center. That clinch ate up a lot of time though. Mir comes in hard and fast, bobbing and weaving, and throws a couple of big shots. Emelianenko parries them with his gloves and scores with a well-executed counter punch, hitting just above the eye. They come in close again, throwing punches, but wind up clinched again. The time expires with them like that, and that round will definitely go down in Emelianenko's favour. The first round is over. Blurcat.com scores it 10-9 for Emelianenko.
Round 2
Mir throws the first punch of the round, a high searching jab that didn't carry a great deal of threat with it. Mir hits a straight right, enough to stop Emelianenko from following up any further. The time expires with them standing. Not a great round for either of them or the crowd, it was very scrappy. That's the end of the round. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Emelianenko.
Round 3
Mir hits some tentative punches, then comes in fast and forces Emelianenko to back up against the cage, where they clinch. Mir hits a nice body shot, but takes two short punches to the side of the head in return. Emelianenko tries a trip, but it doesn't go anywhere. They separate, with Mir having to stay sharp to avoid a scorching right hand from Emelianenko. They come together, both throwing punches. Emelianenko gets a nice clean shot in, and Mir stumbles backwards and falls to the floor. Emelianenko is on top of him quickly, and unloads with two more big punches, both connect solidly. The referee jumps in and pulls him away before a third is thrown, this match is over by TKO. Replays show the referee may have been slightly early. Official time of the TKO is 4:58 of the third round.

Couture throws a one-two combination in return, neither connecting, then steps in and delivers a hard kick to the outside of the thigh. Werdum steps back, throwing a right hand as he does to buy himself space. They circle, then move in again to exchange strikes, neither fighter getting a clear advantage. They come together again and the same result. It has become something of a stalemate at the moment. They come together to exchange strikes for the third time, and this time they wind up in a clinch. Couture hits a knee to the ribs. A couple of shots to the back from Werdum. They struggle all the way back, with Werdum ending up backed up against the cage. Couture hits another knee, but there wasn't much power behind it. Werdum stomps downward onto his foot. Werdum manages to reverse their positions, but that only lasts about thirty seconds before it gets reversed once more. Couture gets an arm free and tries to throw a big shot to the cheek, Werdum ducks under it and gets the arm back under control. The referee finally breaks them up, and we're back to where we started. Werdum tries a high kick to start, but Couture saw it coming and easily avoids it. They come back together in the center, and it's Couture who gets the first sustained attack of the round, hitting two hard body shots and a jab that caught Werdum on the nose. Werdum hits a straight right, enough to stop Couture from following up any further. The time expires with them standing. Not a great round for either of them or the crowd, it was very scrappy. The round ends. Blurcat.com gives that one to Couture by 10-9.
Round 2
Flat start to the round, thirty seconds of circling without any actual contact. The fans begin to get a bit restless. Couture is the first to try something, stringing together a couple of jabs and a low kick, but Werdum blocked the first two and avoided the latter. A lunge from Couture is meant to set up a punch, but it's clumsy and just leaves him off balance. Werdum is quick to react, and gets a great shot to the side of the face in before Couture can cover up. That landed above the left eye and has left an ugly red mark. No cut, but that will start to swell and could give Couture some problems later on. Couture moves in for a right hook, but takes a hard kick to the knee, then is forced to retreat so as not to get caught with the two right hands that follow. Werdum is staying on it though, and glances three shots off the gloves of Couture before they wind up in a clinch. That punch above the eye, or maybe the mistake that led to it, seems to have completely thrown Couture off, since that moment he has been comprehensively out-struck and is now in danger of losing this round. They struggle in the clinch, neither fighter managing a great deal more than minor blows. Couture goes for a trip, but Werdum cleverly spins out of it and the two fighters are back to circling. Not a great round for purists, it has all been a bit disjointed, but that one shot from Werdum may prove decisive. As the round comes to an end, they wind up back in another clinch, with nothing coming of it. That's the end of the round. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 Werdum.
Round 3
Werdum doesn't waste any time and throws two jabs to the face, but Couture easily side-steps both and circles to the left. Couture throws a head fake, then comes in fast from an angle with a looping punch, but misses and takes a glancing shot to the shoulder from a left hand counter. Couture steps back to avoid a straight left. Werdum comes in to try it again, and gets caught with a lovely hook. Werdum goes down hard, but isn't out, just stunned. Couture quickly mounts him before he can shake it off, and unloads with punches. The referee is very quickly in there and pulls Couture off, giving him the win. Replays show the referee was right to do so, Werdum took three nasty looking shots in a row from the mount. Official time of the TKO is 1:11 of the third round.
Main Event
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (31-4-1) Vs Gabriel Gonzaga (9-3)
FOR THE UFC HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Round 1
Slow start, both fighters are throwing tentative punches without threatening anything more powerful. Nogueira puts together the first exciting moment, stringing together four punches in quick succession, but Gonzaga defended well. Straight right from Gonzaga in response, but it caught nothing but gloves. They start circling. The referee tells them to fight, the lack of action so far is worrying. They get in close and exchange body shots, Nogueira probably getting the slightly better punches in, and then fall into a clinch. That goes nowhere, and the referee separates them. Gonzaga gets a nice kick in just before the time expires, but it's unlikely that is going to stop the judges giving that round to Nogueira. End of the round. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Nogueira.
Round 2
A crisp jab from Gonzaga starts the round, it tagged Nogueira on the cheek. Straight right from Nogueira in response, glancing off the side of the head, albeit without much power. Gonzaga steps in for an attack but is smothered by Nogueira who clinches. Gonzaga has to react quickly to avoid being tossed to the ground, but can't stop being driven into the cage. Nogueira is virtually man-handling Gonzaga with his wrestling ability. Up against the cage, Nogueira has the much stronger position. Right hand connects to the side of the body. And another. There isn't a great deal of power on them, but they're forming a big red mark on the body, and Gonzaga can't really do a lot in response; he can't seem to wrestle Nogueira off, and he can't work into a position to unload any strikes either. Nogueira fires off another two punches, then goes for a trip. Gonzaga spins out, almost falls, but manages to squirm out and back off quickly to the center. That was close, and Gonzaga knows it. For a second it looked like Nogueira was about to go for a takedown, but nothing came from it. Nogueira leads with a right hand, then comes in for a quick takedown. Gonzaga saw it coming and smartly turns out of the grapple, pushing Nogueira to the ground, and ending up taking his back in a great defensive move. Nogueira turtles up, and takes a few heavy shots to the ribs. Gonzaga gets his legs around Nogueira and uses them to roll him over. Exposed, Nogueira tries to turn so that he is on top, but Gonzaga has already rammed one arm around his throat and has a tight choke-hold applied. Nogueira is in big trouble, and obviously can't see a way out as he taps out pretty quickly. Gonzaga wins via 2nd round rear choke submission with the official time being 3:14. Gabriel Gonzaga is the new UFC Heavyweight champion.

All 3 of his losses have come by way of submission. With some work on submission defence Melvin Guillard could develop into a future champion.

Penn who once didn't care much about training and exercising or dieting properly since losing his title has been non stop. Opening Bout
BJ Penn (13-5-1) Vs Thiago Tavares (14-2)
Round 1
Penn leads with the right hand to set up a low kick, Tavares deals with it well. They clinch, but only for a few seconds before it gets broken. Both throw stiff jabs at the same time, neither connects properly. Back to the clinch. It has been a disjointed start to the round, the flow hasn't quite developed properly. Tavares uses a knee to the ribs before backing Penn up against the cage. Right hand from Penn connects though, that was well timed. Tavares breaks the clinch and backs off. That was sloppy on his part, Penn was basically gifted a free shot. Three quick jabs from Tavares sting the gloves, then a crashing hook to the body finds its mark. Good recovery. Penn fires off a low kick again, but it's well wide. Tavares throws a right hand, narrowly missing. Penn almost seems to be inviting him on to throw punches, he could be trying to lure him into over-committing. Tavares throws a jab that connects, albeit without much power, but it causes Penn to back up quickly, back toward the cage. Tavares comes in quickly, throwing looping punches, but gets reckless and Penn grabs the opportunity by nailing a big right cross! Tavares collapses in a heap, his left leg buckling underneath him in at an awkward angle. Penn has knocked him out cold with a killer punch. The official time of the knock out is 3:33 of round 1.
Prelim Bout
Manvel Gamburyan (9-2) Vs Melvin Guillard (23-7-2)
Round 1
Flat start to the round, thirty seconds of circling without any actual contact. The fans begin to get a bit restless. Guillard is the first to try something, stringing together a couple of jabs and a low kick, but Gamburyan blocked the first two and avoided the latter. A lunge from Guillard is meant to set up a punch, but it's clumsy and just leaves him off balance. Gamburyan is quick to react, and gets a great shot to the side of the face in before Guillard can cover up. That landed above the left eye and has left an ugly red mark. No cut, but that will start to swell and could give Guillard some problems later on. Guillard moves in for a right hook, but takes a hard kick to the knee, then is forced to retreat so as not to get caught with the two right hands that follow. Gamburyan is staying on it though, and glances three shots off the gloves of Guillard before they wind up in a clinch. That punch above the eye, or maybe the mistake that led to it, seems to have completely thrown Guillard off, since that moment he has been comprehensively out-struck and is now in danger of losing this round. They struggle in the clinch, neither fighter managing a great deal more than minor blows. Guillard goes for a trip, but Gamburyan cleverly spins out of it and the two fighters are back to circling. Not a great round for purists, it has all been a bit disjointed, but that one shot from Gamburyan may prove decisive. As the round comes to an end, they wind up back in another clinch, with nothing coming of it. End of the round. Blurcat.com sees it 10-9 to Gamburyan.
Round 2
Gamburyan and Guillard circle to start. Guillard throws a couple of looping punches, neither hitting, while Gamburyan sits back, waiting for an opportunity to attack. Guillard comes in closer, looking to unload with a right hand; that misses, and it allows Gamburyan to slip a nice jab in, catching Guillard just underneath the right eye. Gamburyan comes in and scores with a straight left, then bounces a right hand off the body. Guillard misses with a right cross, then backs off. Gamburyan stalks him, forcing Guillard back up against the cage. Gamburyan doesn't rush in, instead standing back and throwing the occasional punch. Guillard throws a big left hand in response, but it misses by quite a margin. Gamburyan pounces, hitting lefts and rights. Guillard covers up from the first two punches, then clinches up to prevent any more coming in. They're up against the cage, Gamburyan in the dominant position. They remain that way as the time ticks down. Gamburyan throws the occasional knee, but can't really do much with his arms tied up like that. The referee finally tells them to break, and they return to the center. That clinch ate up a lot of time though. Guillard comes in hard and fast, bobbing and weaving, and throws a couple of big shots. Gamburyan parries them with his gloves and scores with a well-executed counter punch, hitting just above the eye. They come in close again, throwing punches, but wind up clinched again. The time expires with them like that, and that round will definitely go down in Gamburyan's favour. The round ends. Blurcat.com gives that one to Gamburyan by 10-9.
Round 3
They touch gloves to begin. Gamburyan throws out a looping right hand, setting up a mid-level kick. The punch found gloves, the kick found nothing but thin air as Guillard had stepped back in time. They meet in the center, exchanging a series of blows, and Gamburyan gets the better of it, scoring with a crisp jab that causes Guillard to back up quickly. Sensing a chance, Gamburyan follows and forces him up against the cage with some jabs. Guillard covers up, as two hard strikes find the gloves from Gamburyan. A right hand misses, and that is the chance Guillard needs to quickly get out of trouble and back to the center. Great start to the round from Gamburyan. Gamburyan forces Guillard back against the cage and comes in close to try and unload. Guillard pushes him away with a shove, palm across the face, and Gamburyan loses his balance and is dumped onto the ground. Guillard leaps into action to follow up. A clubbing blow from Guillard connects, hitting home across the left cheek. Guillard gets into full mount, Gamburyan is in enormous trouble from this position. Right hands rain down, and Gamburyan can only cover up. One or two got through though, and there's blood coming from a cut below his left eye. Guillard pulls back and throws an absolute bomb, Gamburyan brought his hands up to block but could do almost nothing against it, that had power to spare. Gamburyan looks groggy, and that allows Guillard to start throwing a barrage of rights and lefts to the face. The referee has seen enough, he doesn't think Gamburyan can defend himself, this match is over. Official time of the TKO is 2:08 of the third.
Support Bout
Joe Lauzon (17-4) Vs Mac Danzig (19-4-1)
Round 1
Exchange of punches to start, nothing really hit though. They go into a clinch, and the pace disappears as both fighters try and get the advantage. Eventually the referee separates them. Jab from Danzig, who then has to react quickly to avoid a right hook that was aimed right at the chin. Danzig puts on a burst of energy and fires off a big sequence of punches, maybe twelve or thirteen in a row, although not many actually connected. Lauzon covered up well, and gets in a couple of shots of his own before moving out of range again. Danzig looks to be working an angle. Low kick from Lauzon, almost to the groin, although it didn't look intentional. They come together in a clinch again, and it returns to a stalemate. Not a great round by anyone's standard, but that flurry should mean that Danzig will take the round on points. The round is over. Blurcat.com scores 10-9 Danzig.
Round 2
Slow start to the round. We're nearly a minute in before Lauzon throws the first meaningful punch, trying to squeeze a fizzing jab through to Danzig's jaw, but it is parried. Danzig steps in, but has to quickly side-step to avoid a straight right. Lauzon moves in to throw some body punches but gets clipped with a big right hand. It was partially blocked, it would have been a potential knock out if that had hit home on the chin, Danzig put a lot of weight behind it. Lauzon hits a nice jab, then clinches. Danzig hits a knee, takes a punch to the ribs, then breaks free. Lauzon hits a low kick to the leg. Danzig bursts forward and scores with a big right hand to the body, then a left hook. Lauzon goes down! Good shot from Danzig! He tries to follow up and pound on Lauzon, but Lauzon is up really quickly and covers up to block the two jabs that come in. Danzig, sensing that Lauzon is rattled, starts coming forward with more urgency. Lauzon ends up backed up against the cage. Danzig gets within range, fakes a left, then lunges in with a huge right hand. It is partially parried by Lauzon, who wisely clinches up tightly to get some time to recover. The power that Danzig has in his hands is really posing Lauzon some problems. The clinch drags on, with Danzig unable to break free, and the round ends like that. End of round 2. Blurcat.com scores it 10-9 for Danzig.
Round 3
Lauzon is quickest out, and comes at Danzig with a series of jabs and straight punches. Danzig covered up well, and I don't think anything got through. Danzig hits a body shot, but it didn't connect solidly. They get in close, and it's Lauzon who takes it to the ground. Danzig pulls guard. There's a lull, as Lauzon tries to pass, and Danzig defends it. Punches get thrown every so often, but it's really a stalemate at the moment. Danzig almost gets a guillotine, but it's blocked and almost leads to a kimura for Lauzon, but that too goes nowhere. The referee stands them up, but the time is almost over. End of round 3. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 Lauzon. Mac Danzig wins the match, getting a score of 29-28 from all three judges.
Co Feature
Nick Diaz (17-7) Vs Spencer Fisher (22-4)
Round 1
Diaz is the first to score a meaningful blow, tagging Fisher with a jab to the cheek. Fisher uses a nice straight left to return fire. Diaz comes in to work the body, but Fisher saw it coming and uses a quick takedown to put Diaz onto the floor, falling into guard. Fisher throws out a right hand, parried away by Diaz. The guard is quite tight, for the moment at least Fisher looks content to stay there and throw some punches. Diaz isn't offering any sort of attacking threat yet, instead concentrating on keeping the strikes from landing. A big punch is driven into the ribs, Diaz thought it was going for the face. Another punch lands in the same place, and a red mark starts to develop. Diaz reaches up and pulls Fisher down into a clinch, and tries to work an armbar from the bottom. Fisher defends it easily, and gets in a sharp jab to the face too. He stands up slightly, leaning forward into the guard, and starts throwing some right hands. One gets through, the others are parried. Diaz looked like he might be considering trying to apply a triangle then, as Fisher was very exposed, but he didn't get a chance due to the ferocity of the punches. Fisher gets back down to kneeling in the guard. Another right hand lands to the ribs. Diaz fires off two punches from his back, but Fisher defends them easily by simply leaning backward out of reach. Fisher stands again, the guard remaining tight around him, and throws another couple of bombs. This time Diaz does try to apply the triangle, and an armbar at the same time, but Fisher breaks free. Time is ticking down, looks like Diaz will survive this ground and pound attack. The round ends without further note. End of the round. Blurcat.com gives that one to Fisher by 10-9.
Round 2
Quick start to the round from Diaz, he comes storming in with a flurry of jabs. Fisher defends it well, parrying them away. Nice straight right from Fisher connects. Diaz gets in close and hits a pair of nice body shots, then they clinch up. Diaz pushes Fisher back against the cage and goes for a trip, but Fisher blocks it. Fisher suddenly pushes forward off the cage and uses the momentum to take Diaz down to the ground, into guard. The fight falls into a lull as a pattern develops; Fisher punctuating attempts to pass guard with some sharp punches to the body and face, while Diaz parries away any big blows and puts all of his effort into making sure Fisher doesn't get a better position. Things heat up as Fisher manages to break the guard and get through into a half mount. Diaz hits a nice clean right hand in response. Fisher throws a couple of hard punches to the stomach. He has one leg trapped, and is trying to pull that free so that he can move further up the body and really start pounding away. Diaz knows that having the leg trapped is his key to not ending up in huge trouble, and so has it locked up tight. Fisher tries a half-hearted attempt at a kimura, but Diaz defends it well. The round ends with Fisher still unable to transition into side control, although he has landed enough shots to have lit up Diaz's upper body with red marks, and definitely won the round on points. The round is over. Blurcat.com gives that one to Fisher by 10-9.
Round 3
Fisher is quickest out, and comes at Diaz with a series of jabs and straight punches. Diaz covered up well, and I don't think anything got through. Diaz hits a body shot, but it didn't connect solidly. They get in close, and it's Fisher who takes it to the ground. Diaz pulls guard. There's a lull, as Fisher tries to pass, and Diaz defends it. Punches get thrown every so often, but it's really a stalemate at the moment. Diaz almost gets a guillotine, but it's blocked and almost leads to a kimura for Fisher, but that too goes nowhere. The referee stands them up, but the time is almost over. The third round is over. Blurcat.com scores 10-9 Fisher. The official scores are: 30-27 from all three judges for Spencer Fisher.
Main Event
Roger Huerta (21-1-1) Vs Kenny Florian (10-3)
FOR THE UFC LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE
Round 1
A touch of gloves to start the round, and we're underway. Huerta lets rip with a vicious straight right almost immediately, but it's easily avoided. Florian sneaks a jab through the guard and catches Huerta on the left cheek, but the follow up right hook only finds gloves. They get close to each other and end up in a clinch, from which Florian manages to get the better position, pushing Huerta up against the cage. Right hand to the ribs from Florian. Huerta hits a couple of knees to the side. There's a struggle for supremacy going on, it's difficult to see who is winning it. Florian tries a knee of his own, but that is the opportunity that Huerta was waiting for and he sweeps the standing leg to take Florian down to the ground, in side control. Excellent takedown. Florian covers up to defend against a pair of back-hand blows, and even manages to sneak a knee strike in. Huerta hits a big elbow to the ribs, Florian definitely felt that. Huerta drives a knee to the near side, then attempts to float-over into a mount. Florian brought his legs in though, and manages to pull guard. Huerta will be disappointed with that. He tries to get a big punch in, but Florian defends it well and gets a hold of both arms. The fight grinds to a halt, with Huerta unable to generate any attacks, and Florian unwilling to give up a good defensive position. The referee stands them up. Huerta will likely be very angry that he didn't make more of that takedown. They exchange half-hearted jabs as the round draws to an end. That's the end of the round. Blurcat.com has it down as 10-9 Huerta.
Round 2
Florian hits some tentative punches, then comes in fast and forces Huerta to back up against the cage, where they clinch. Florian hits a nice body shot, but takes two short punches to the side of the head in return. Huerta tries a trip, but it doesn't go anywhere. They separate, with Florian having to stay sharp to avoid a scorching right hand from Huerta. Huerta misses an uppercut and is off balance, which allows Florian to get the takedown. Side mount. Florian is looking for an armbar, but Huerta is defending it well. Huerta gets a nice elbow in, that caught Florian by surprise. Florian fires off several elbows to the ribs, and Huerta is left gasping for air. Those were hard, there's a big red patch where they hit. Florian takes the left arm, Huerta couldn't defend it any longer. The armbar is applied, there's no way out. Florian wins by tap out. The official time is 3:20. Kenny Florian wins the UFC Lightweight title.

Hey guys sorry but my universe got erased (I think) My computer froze while I was playing it. The weird thing is that the game just completly disappeared from my saved game screen. But when I go to the actual folder in GDS/MW3/Saved it says it is still there?????? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
