Yeah, I've done it now a few times with my friend and I. Commish has to save as offline, retire, and do it manually, then advance and invite everyone back.

But, I think there should be some restrictions on it in online dynasties seeing as how the CPU doesn't get to talk people back. All your RS Sophs and up to 2 Juniors- no 99's would be my suggestion.
