I dont know what to do. Well heres what happened. Randy Orton is a hard steriod user and i dont want to suspend him because hes my #1 guy in my company next to Triple H. I fined him like 2 or 3 times but he got pissed so i been taking no action on him and dont bother with him at all. Hes been my World Champion for 4 months so far and he still got that angry face on my roster. Do you know a way i can cheer him up so his morale goes all the way top?

Perhaps not the solution you're looking for, but wouldn't it be wise to create a new star in the company, making Orton expendable?

I would do the same. I canned Orton after he tested positive three times. I'm not sure if it works this way, but what would happen if a bunch of your other workers started doing drugs due to his influence ;)

Or simply the fact that he's getting away with it. Again, not sure if that influences other people who may be prone to the same activities.

It goes away over time depending how pissed of he is and his character. Just pray his contract doesn't come up soon.

prolly the best chance you have is "mock" firing. AK after an incidint fire him and then the day after cancel the firing. If all else fails that sometimes cleans em up or makes em less of a prick backstage and resets their morale.

Give him a title - that'll cheer him up quickly.

How? Can someone please explain this, I posted a carbon-copy of this thread a while back, and yes it was Orton that was the problem and his contract was coming up.
Someone mentioned editing his personality a bit would reset his morale, I tried this and it didn't work. I tried changing it a lot and still didn't work. I tried setting 1 of the standard personality templates and that didn't work.
So how can you edit a worker to reset their morale?

go to edit data , click on worker, choose the worker, go to personality, change personality to something positive, exit personality screen, save. then save again:)

Doesn't reset their morale but their pissed offness will drop faster and makes em easier to deal with drug related or backstage.

One way to make workers happy is to hire relatives and friends (strong friendships, best friends, etc.) or fire someone they hate.
Hire Cowboy Bob. :)

Yeah, bring Bob in on a limited dates contract for an insta-boost to his stats. See if Barry O is around as well, and you can rotate the two older workers in and out of your fed as necessary.
I remember doing something similar with Eddie Guerrero on an old EWR game, where he got upset over a lack of a push and I ended up hiring Chavo Sr. and Gory to appease him.

For this reason, workers that are friendly can be a godsend. John McClean and Sandy Townsley have been making friends with a largish chunk of the locker room in my PPPW game, making the place much nicer and, since I've no reason to have a downer on either man, making things much more cheerful.
