Taking Over a Company

First things first would just like to say well done to everyone involved with WMMA2 Great game!

Anyway just a quick question what state does a rival company need to be in before they will ascept a take over bid? Any help would be great.

I tried giving a company -10 million and still couldnt take them over

You have to give it some time, I adjusted XCC to -1.5 million and gave it three months. I'm playing as GAMMA and I was able to take them over. You should also keep in mind the current popularity of your own company. I mean if your a low level national company, you might not being pulling enough weight in the industry to be taking over small companies......
