Simple really. What is your dream roster? I'm thinking of starting a game with my 'dream roster' just for fun. What would yours be?

Agreed, I just wondered what it would be like :D I'll spend an eternity building a roster and getting things perfect and end up hating it.

Suppose it could make for a good diary if I can come up with a story.

Maybe it's just me, but I expect most of that Team would kill each other within minutes of the first team meeting. Stones hate DeColts. DeColts hate Stones. Edd hates the other Stones. Bloodstone hates everyone...

Stones vs DeColts could make for an interesting diary from a story standpoint. I'd have no interest in the ratings you'd get because I'd expect A's pretty quickly, but from the narrative and character arcs it could be very cool. Hell, I've thought about doing it myself in the past.

If you did it, I would critique mercilessly, mainly due to jealousy :)

The storyline ended up with Tommy Cornell competing against Sean McFly (typical i know) for the final point which would see either America or RotW win the tournament. As a fellow Brit, i felt it was only fitting for Cornell to get the win! Talk about head booker bias!

I've just finished the foundations of my backstory. It may not be the most realistic turn of events but in the CornellVerse anything is possible, right?

As for diaries around the "perfect" rosters, I haven't seen too many that really capture my interest for long. Unless you focused on the backstory and not on the booking, it doesn't really give you any surprises that you can pull off an A* show with that kind of roster. It's like watching someone using a bunch of hacks in counter-strike and then boasting about how awesome they are :D

Easy mode != Interesting Story.

Flash is awesome, it's true, but a promotion with that kind of roster would obviously be based on performance... Flash would pretty quickly make the promotion top-heavy.

Plus, I don't know... I feel like the workers I've listed have a bit more personality than Flash. I'm not trying to knock him, I think Flash is great, but I don't think he'd go on my list for dream roster. If that makes any sense.
