Will TEW 2005 happen? What are the factors on this going down or not?

I believe Adam has stated that TEW2005 is still in his plans.

Okay thank you...I hope it will still since TEW/EWR were the best games of their kind. TEW was great and worth 35$. TEW 2005 should be much better (if it happens) since adam won't have to take too much time creating the whole game since he already has a base

While on the subject of TEW, will TEW2005 be made as a 'brand new game' or will it be created off of the base of TEW 2004?
