So I've had several "smart" phones the last few years, blackberry, palm trio, pantech, my blackberry went into a puddle of water and went to blackberry heaven, which of course as many of you know is an elite level of heaven other less worthy cell phones aren't capable of reaching.

My point in all of this is I'm rocking a backup Sony Erickson at the moment and anyone thats ever dealt with them know its making me want to go to human hell, which of course is a much lower level of blackberry heaven. I'm wondering those of you that have had Iphones, or maybe those of you who have had BOTH. Which do you prefer?

Also I'm seeing a lot of used Iphones for sale with cracks in them. Are these people monkeys and don't know how to take care of a 500 dollar piece of equipment or are these things very fragile?

I think I'm gonna go with an Iphone, after talking to two ATT guys one recommended the Iphone the other The Enternity, at the end of the day I just think the Iphone was built with what I want to be able to do.

The Enternity makes you edit down your mp3's to 300k for a ringtone. It doesn't have wifi, email is limited, you have to pay monthly fees for most applications. Its 20 bucks cheaper a month but if I'm paying monthly app fees then that defeats that purpose.
