why do my fighters need so much time?

after my fighters fight in a match, they take off like 5 months. Can i edit/change this?

No it cant be changed.

Some fighters take less than a month. Depends on their last match I do believe so Its pretty realistic.

time off usually has to do with how long there last fight was and the amount of damage they took in that fight. some people can take up to 5 or 6 months off if they got destroyed in a fight or if the fight went to decision. Champions usually take a lot off time of anyway regardless of how there fight went.

the opposite can also happen, say if someone beats there opponent within a couple of minutes then they could be ready to fight again within a couple of weeks.

I actually love the variables that play into this. I regularly have "tough" guys that are ready to go again in a month and several that are hard pressed to get two fights in a year for various reasons.

I find this to add a bit of challenge to the matchmaking aspect and more than once I have had a planned matchup pushed back or cancelled because of this. It has also left me without an acceptable main event on a couple of occasions, which mirrors what can happen in real life.

A great feature IMO
