When creating workers that you want "reformed" from something, do you put the slide bar to 0 and set it to reformed, or do you put the slide bar at what it used to be at before they were reformed?

side bar to what it used to be then tick the box, theirs a chance they will go back to their old ways, i think its to do with their personality and how bad they used to be into a certain vice.
