Another Contract Question

Quick question for Adam or Derek or anybody that can answer it. When you are in contract negotiations is the fighter aware of how much the other fighters in your league make? For instance if I am in contract negotiations with Adam White and I offer him a base of $1,200, will he know that Nick Detroit is making $1,400 in base pay and therefore reject that contract?

Yeah, apparently people will want roughly as much as other people of a similar popularity in your company are making.
