Who have you signed in your WWE diary's?

Thinking of bringing a few TNA guys in. Homicide, James Storm (Team w/ Chris Harris), and Abyss.

I don't have any diaries, but I play as WWE a lot. I usually don't start right off hiring anyone unless I have a shortage of workers. Depending on the Mod, WWE is already loaded down with talent. I always have ideas of who I want to bring in, but I keep that as a "down the road" ideas until I get a complete feel for my current roster.

If I start in January, I usually look for a couple names to sign to short term deals for Royal Rumble surprise entrants. RVD and Bam Bam Bigelow are a couple favorites, depending on the years.

Like I said, I always have guys I want to bring in. I just never make it far enough in a WWE game to get to that point. F'ing 3 shows a week is a pain in the ass, yet the WWE mark in me won't allow me to kill off any of the brands without a reason...which takes a few months to flesh out. Vicious cycle.:D

I do like snatching up a bunch of young workers with high star quality and sticking them in developement, though.

Abyss, Samoa Joe, The Briscoe Brothers, Homicide, AJ Styles and Motor City Machine Guns are some of the guys I plan to bring in that have never worked for WWE. Other than that, it's usually people returning to the company(Shannon Moore, Tajiri, Paul London, Kevin Thorn, etc.). I always try to bring Raven back, but every mod I play has him and Vince with a hatred relationship. I never knew they had heat. I also usually bring back Sunny right away and put her in some kind of authority role with the Divas.

I wanted to sign Abyss and put him in a storyline with Undertaker and Kane. Has the look of a great monster heel.

I am planning on bringing back the Cruiserweight titles and have some smaller wrestlers I'd like to put in the division before pushing them for other titles. Homicide & Bryan Danielson are two I really would like to use.

I dont wanna use Samoa Joe for this role but I am looking for someone to push in WWE to start off kinda like Goldberg but not undefeated. Maybe have title reign like Samoa Joe in ROH. Also when Joe came to TNA. Not sure who to use yet. I want it to be a fresh face from maybe TNA or ROH. Considering Takeshi Morishima.

Also thinking of giving ECW a makeover. Have some former ECW guys (Raven, RVD, Rhino, Tazz, Sandman, Sabu, Team 3D, Douglas) invade ECW. Get it more extreme. Maybe make talent trades with Raw and SD to get former ECW guys on show or guys that fit into extreme rules matches.

For the few months I played as WWE, I did a few things.

I killed ECW off and unified the title with the IC belt.

I created another third brand called GLAM!, an all women brand.

I unified the women and diva title to create the GLAM! Championship

I signed Sting and right away, had him beat HHH for the WWE Title.

I'm currently in a WWE game....I usually stay away from TNA for the most part and not try to take there top stars because I need some competition....

But I did however grab a few knockouts:

ODB is currently on Smackdown where she plays the white trash drunk girl with her cousin/boyfriend Jamie Noble! She is currently feuding with Maryse and her boyfriend Renee Dupree

Taylor Wilde is on Raw where she is feuding with Mickie James for the Women's Title.

Sojourner Bolt has been on a rampage since her debut about 6 weeks ago. She has still yet to have a match and she hasn't been drafted to any show. She has been attacking divas backstage on both brands left and right and putting them out of action for several weeks while they take time off to fine tune there new gimmicks in development.

Sojo has attacked the following divas and put them out of action: Brie and Nikki Bella, Jillian Hall, Rosa Mendez, Alicia Fox, Eve, and Candice Michelle

Last time I played as WWE, I put Chris Hero and Colt Cabana together as the Internet Favourites.

I also had a game (on '05, I think - haven't played a long WWE game in ages) where I had Sabin/Shelley/Williams/Aries/Styles/Sydal as a young guns stable dubbed TNX.

I also play with WWE but i can't get anybody to hire even though i have good economy....? everytime i try to sign somebody it's says that it's blocked and i only may use 0 $? anybody who can answar me why?

I had the same problem at the beginning. You just have to look in your TEW system folder, where you'll see a file named nolanguage.tw8 Just rename it to language.tw8 and everything will fork fine! :)

I am 10 months and 175 shows into my WWE game. I just made to to Wrestlemania 25 and really the only people that I've signed and are Homicide, Hernandez, Low-Ki, Thunder (from FWA), Tatanka, Taylor Matheny, Tammy Lynn Sytch, Molly Holly, Rellik, Matt Cross, and Gail Kim. They are the only non-WWE people on my roster from the beginning of my game.

I always have a short term WWE save going.

In mine right now I've signed Jim Cornette, James Mitchell and Larry Sweeney to beef up my male managerial quotient. I snagged Amazing (Awesome) Kong, Cheerleader (Raisha Saeed) Melissa, Traci Brooks and MsChiff to give my ladies divisions a kick in the pants. I signed Teddy Hart and Jack Evans to finally create the Next Gen Hart Foundation of my dreams. I signed Frankie Kazarian (currently being mega pushed), Sonjay Dutt (tagged him with Khali), Petey Williams (made him Santino's private fitness coach), Bison Smith (the newest huge monster heel on Raw), Alex Koslov (little name change and we have Vladimir's brother) there was a few others, but I'm not at my computer at home.

I usually like to "think" like WWE at least to a small extent. Make the signings somewhat believable and not just rape TNA and ROH on day one.

I can never get into real world games anymore now that I've practically fallen in love with the CornellVerse. Using WWE in TEW seems really hard to me too. Having an abundance of shows, a lot of championships, and TOO MANY workers. I don't like taking hours just to go through one week of game time.

But I agree bringing in Chris Harris and James Storm. Shortlist a bunch of their top workers so you'll know when they're available to steal. And if you haven't already, start a WAR relationship. I just recently started a WAR between my New England Wrestling (cult-sized fed) and NYCW. I started taking over Tri-State a few years ago (game-time) and they didn't want to have a working-agreement, so f**k 'em. :p
