What settings to I have to change to make my promotion roster raid in sims?

So I've been doing some sims in a draft I'm doing and once my promotion becomes number 1 it doesn't completely raid other promotions rosters. But since I crave total domination I'd like my promotion to do that.

Would setting my bookers promotion pacts to hostile do the trick, or is there something more to it than that? :)

Set your owner's roster size preference to be the highest setting possible, that'll encourage them to sign as many workers as the game will let them... then hope for injuries to as many of your own roster so that they try to fill the gaps all the time. :)

Promotion pacts won't have any effect... your owner/booker will go after the most appropriate workers to their preferences/your product.

Out of interest, are we allowed to change owner/booker preferences in the draft?

Should probably be asked over there, but in previous drafts the answer has always been no. Though in the case of the created characters in thsi draft, I'd say you're free to do what you like with them in terms of preferences, though skills should obviously cost points... a LOT of them.

I'm against changing skills, although we agreed in the topic that you can change created characters booking preferences up to the end of the draft.

You definitely can't change owners though - not when so many people set their workers as owners entirely to avoid the consequences of any potential boxes. :)

I havent read this section of the forum in awhile with exception to answering someone's question the other day, had alot of content to reply too, if you check my avarage responce tho they are of some length and not simply google advert based spam :P
