Longer Auto Advance

I enjoy running watcher games to see how the game world evolves, so I love the auto advance feature. However, since I tend to run the game overnight, I'd like to be able to run for longer than a year. Since the game moves so quickly, a year gets simulated in short order. Since I'm running overnight, it would be nice to be able to sim 5 or 10 years at a shot.

Auto advancing is memory intensive, it cannot go past 2-3 years without the program crashing due to lack of resources. One year is about the maximum that can be allowed and still allow a large database to complete the advance without potential issues.
