I can't find in the guides exactly what stat in TEW05 is the equivalient of the "overness" rating in EWR.

I know it's there, I just can't find it. Could someone tell me?

Overness is a synonym for Popularity.

Popularity and overness mean the same thing and are often used interchangably on the forums too. One big change from EWR to TEW is that its broken down into smaller regions too, which can make huge difference in booking strategies with local stars becoming really valuable to small promotions. :)

I was just going to edit my post and ask if it was "popularity"

In EWR the ratings were not (A-B-C-etc.) They were numerical.

"Overness" was how "over or popular" (which makes sense that popularity would be the answer to my question :o)

That rating could be between 1-100. The higher the number the more over.

I was not quite sure what stat replaced the "overness" stat in EWR. Popularity makes perfect sense. Sorry to miss the obvious!
