How Do You Get Locker Room Leaders?

I am running the 21Century UK group. I keep getting the "lack of locker room leaders" email. No one I hire seems to help.

What or who should I be looking for to help me with this? What type of guy?

I cannot afford alot of high priced guys since we are such a small promotion. Every one with A OR B "Respect" is out of my price range. Any suggestions?

The help file gives the criteria for leaders, it's something like a minimum of B+ Respect and no negative personality traits. If someone qualifies, it will list them as a Locker Room Leader in their Skills page.

If you can't afford any, you can do nothing but suck it up and continue - not every problem you encounter has a solution, sometimes you just have to take it on the chin.

Really, a locker room leader is just a guy with high respect and a GOOD personality. Hire the nicest guy with the highest respect you can. If it isn't enough, hopefully his respect will go up with time and boom, locker room leader.

I think I will have to just bear through. I cannot afford the B rated guys yet. I have a few C AND C+, maybe they will "mature" into good leaders :D
