Nothing changes

I download a mod into the Bowl Bound directory (Windows Vista), create a new league, and the defaults still come up. Not being computer savvy, I would appreciate more details on exactly what to do. Anybody?

OK, solved. Had to unzip the mod within the BBCF folder...

Next question: can I change teams to different conferences, such as moving Nebraska back to the Big 12?
