Anyone see any yet? I've been at it enough to get General Germany to level 4, and not a single one yet...

Did get a chip put in my head that made me too aggressive. Now my defensive skills are crap. :(

I had to save a recovery team from a nuclear disaster with...somebody. Can't remember who, off hand. I also had to stop a bunch of rioters with my created character during a civil unrest.

They are rare, but they are definitely worth waiting for I think - they add so much to the disasters. :D

In my game, the government had a DNA altering serum, that they wanted test on me. The serum increased my reflexes and agility, but brought my recovery down. Oh well.

That's a Career Decision. They happen regularly irrespective of anything else. Moral Decisions happen primarily in relation to performing rescues, and involve three choices based on a specific tricky situation.
