I have been fooling around with the editor as of late and finally came up with an idea for a mod. My idea is to take the TEW 2010 database and turn it into a superhero mod. Sure, it kinda sounds like turning CBH into WresSpi 3, but that's not the case at all.

Let me explain: instead of turning everyone into a generic wrestler with the same moves my idea is to turn these characters into super heroes/villains by giving them powers that seem to go with their personalities. Popularity levels are going to be based on their popularity in TEW, locations are going to be based on the real world (maybe splitting them into territories instead of full countries/cities) and so on.

I made this topic for two reasons: 1) to measure interest in this idea and 2) to get input/help on deciding which powers should be assigned to which characters, deciding a "comic book" backstory for them and so on.

Now this mod will take some time to make. I have a full time job and probably can only work on it two or three days a week (at maybe two hours a day) but it will be completed eventually.

Thoughts?

I like the idea myself. Love the C-Verse, and would like to see what you come up with for it.

I'd love to see this too. The biggest problem I envisage would be full-sized renders, although if you were to use the re-renders that have cropped up you would probably be able to get quite a few.

Mexico would probably be the most fun, I think! :D

If it could be done, it would be incredible, hahaha.

Richard Eisen has GOT to be some kind of incredibly cerebral villain that masterminds every scheme under the sun, xD.

My main problem right now is precisely the graphics. But I will just concentrate on the mod itself and worry about that later.

Cut & paste heads over existing CBH renders?

I'll knock up an example later on one of the ones I did for it (incase any other renderers take offence ;))
