Version compatibility question

If I start a career using the beta v2.2.29, will there be anything that will cause it to stop working or cause gameplay inconsistencies once the official v2.3.0 patch (which I've read is somewhat imminent) is released?

Don't want to start one and then have to abandon it right away.

Though I have little knowledge on this subject, I highly doubt there would be any compatibility problems. To my knowledge there have not been any compatibility problems between previous patch releases.

Newer patches are designed to load a save from any earlier patch. However, sometimes an older patch will be incompatible with a save from a newer patch if I had the need to make changes to the data.
