Can't Install 2.3 patch

I have uninstalled/re-installed, restarted the computer, and all the basic troubleshooting steps, but still no luck.

I can extract the patch just fine, so it isn't the permissions problem.

When I launch the game, nothing is changed, I'm still on version 2.1. Am I missing a step for installing the patch?

Sounds like you might not be extracting to the correct folder. If you are using a 64 bit operating system you will need to change the path to C:\Program Files (x86) instead of C:\Program Files
