RTE 7: Out of Memory

I'm getting Run Time Error 7 "out of memory" when I try to open a saved game.

I've tried all the normal troubleshooting steps, although I'm having trouble patching to 2.3, so this may be the issue.

Yes, if you are getting error 7 that means the save is from a newer patch almost always.
