Fighters No Longer Threaten to Leave?

I remember on the first game, if a fighter wasn't used in a while they would get mad and send some hate mail my way. In a way that helped me as I had too many fighters to remember who had fought recently and who didn't. Now they'll patiently wait as long as they're on contract.

It also makes it frustrating when another company keeps renewing a fighters contract but never uses them, as they will never leave. I remember when Sigma was active they renewed Nuno Valentino's contract for 4 years back to back and even though he was on my shortlist, it would never tell me when his contract was up for negotiation(something else you should consider working on) so I kept missing that option. I had to temporarily delete their Featherweight Division so that they would drop him when he should've left a long time ago.

I'd love to see a notification when fighters on my shortlist have an expiring contract.

By nature, every month I pour over the re-gens with the hopes of finding a gem. Rarely I do, but often I find guys that are talented enough that they might make it one day. I'm not about to load up on these guys because, let's face it, there's a lot of them and a lot won't be worth the trouble, not to mention the task of getting them some Name Value, so I shortlist.

While these guys are honing their skills and become more well known, I'd like to see when they're available. Hell, to be honest, I'd like to be notified each time they fight, maybe with a hotlink to the results window.

I also would like the 'leaving option' back. But it's no necessity. It might lenghten loading times so ya... :p

In my own promotion, there's no problem. I keep an eye that everyone fights at least once a year. But perhaps the AI never uses certain guys, but that's probably a rare occasion. (like a non-existing or low-profile featherweight division).
