Why don't they just use invisionfree.com as their message board proboards sucks and really a geocities website would of sufficed since I assume they can't afford to run a domain name.

Geocities sucks, as do every free server. We can easily get hosting and everything for a site. I have hosting right now that I'm not using yet but I plan to use for a design portfolio site.

The problem is that neither Phil, nor myself have the time or energy to run a site. We did for years but stopped because it wasn't worth the effort. We opened a message board just so we had a place to post updates and it would be a place that we could control. Plus posting on a message board is so much faster and easier than editing HTML and uploading stuff to a server via an FTP client.

As for proboards, Phil chose them. I do like InvisionBoard better but oh well. It's not a big deal.

with proboards 4 you can make the board look almost anyway you want if you know the coding and are good with a program like photo shop
