wrestler won't turn Face???

Why is it that despite that I've ordered a face turn and used angles that say they'll turn the wrestler face, they won't turn? What am I doing wrong?

did you handle the turn during the match/angle?

A button will appear at the bottom of the screen that will allow you to make the turn, you need to use it.
