Im not to sure if this is all ready in the game, i have been playing World of
Mixed Martial Arts 2 for a while now and have not came across this feature.
I know you can have an open weight bout or a no weight limit fight but the idea i'd really like to see would be the Catchweight option.

For example at the moment if i wanted to see say Matt Hughes fight Forrest Griffin then this really would not be great under the current weight movement class option. (Forgetting the open weight option here). As Hughes would never fight at Light Heavyweight, and Griffin would never move to the 170lb division i think adding a 'Catchweight' option to the fight booking would be great. This way we can have them meet at a weight that is fair to both.

As you see with recent fights (Franklin vs. Belfort) the Catchweight option would really allow us to make fair and most of all even fights as possible for fights we want to see that are really outside of the two fighters comfort weight zones.

Anywho it would be great for some feedback on this suggestion guys.
Look forward to it !!! thanks !:)

Yeah I thought it was also. The openweight acts a catchweight. If you try to schedule two fighters who are not close in weights it will not allow it. For instance, if Fighter A can fight between 155-175 and Fighter B can fight between 195-215, the game will give you a message with something to the effect of the match has been rejected because the fighters cannot find a common weight. I believe the way it works is if Fighter A can fight between 170-190 and Fighter B can fight between 190-210, then the fight will take place at 190 since that is the only common weight. Not sure how it handles it though if you have a fighter that can go 155-185 and one that can go 170-205. Also, I do not think you can have the classic David vs. Goliath match like this but maybe I'm missing something...
