This is going to sound really ridiculous, especially since I've been playing TEW since 04, and played the EWR series before that, but one thing I can never quite remember is the specific of the weight classes.

I remember reading them some where, but what weights correlate with what what class?

Check the help files, there's a table in there, towards the end.

Remember that in TEW, size, shape and build are all taken into consideration when assigning a worker's size, not just weight.
