But surely that would completely differ depending on who's opinion it was? And having an individual stat on each wrestler for every single other wrestler's opinion of their work would be a bit much.

It kind of already exists with the Industry Reputation stat. Basically if you do your job it stays at A* but if you get caught doing drugs etc. it drops. So Edd Stone took a big hit to his rep when he ditched his family for TCW, my guess is that when Jack Bruce turned on TCW and switched to SWF he took a bit of a rep hit as well. Same with Kurt Laramee when he screwed Vibert...
