Pro Wrestling League
Season One
In October 2005 a man by the name of Dan Clark decided to put his millions to use. Dan Clark decided that he was to create a wrestling promotion. No, please don’t fall asleep! This wasn’t just any wrestling promotion. It wasn’t going to be the general A defeats B; meaning A wins the “World” title. This promotion would test the wrestlers limits over a three-month period. This promotion would inflict three long months of mental and physical abuse on only ten men. This promotion was to be named the “Pro Wrestling League”. Starting small and paying its dues, PWL would over the next few days offer ten contracts to up-and-coming North American wrestling technicians.
Those men were:
B-Boy
Chad Collyer
Dan Maff
Danny Daniels
Harry Smith
John Walters
Josh Daniels
Masada
Rocky Romero
Roderick Strong
These ten men will compete against each other twice in a league table.
The rules are:
3 Points will be awarded for a victory.
1 Point will be awarded for a draw.
No points will be awarded for a loss.
If a wrestler cannot appear for a scheduled match, due to either injury or appearing for another promotion, then the wrestler will automatically lose their match.
The three wrestlers finishing in 10th, 9th and 8th positions will be fired from Pro Wrestling League. The following season three new wrestlers will be hired.
The winner of the league will be named Pro Wrestling League champion. The Pro Wrestling League champions contract will then be doubled as of the following season.
The season’s first bell is rung on Monday, Week 3, October 2005.
Now all that is left is to do is to watch who becomes the first ever Pro Wrestling League champion.
Who do you think will win?
