Changing the starting date for RaveX

Ok, question, if I set the starting date to be October 1994 with the RaveX database will that cause some wierd things to happen? My game froze everytime and I had to change it back to October 05. Do I need to change all workers? It listed 906 workers who were under 16 hahaha

Ok, I don't use the bold text anymore and I've since then found out my problems with the age thing :P so, yay for me :P
