offline license procedure

For the benefit of those like me who will need this option, can someone verify that this is right or correct what is wrong? Thanks. From searching the forums, this is what I understand to be the offline licensing procedure:

1. Purchase and download TEW 2010, but do not install, on a computer that has internet, saving the file to a flash drive, CD, etc.

2. Install the game on the no-internet computer, and when you start it up, click the "offline license" (or some such wording) button. Copy and paste the data that this generates to a word processor file and save it on the flash drive, CD, etc. Leave the game open on the screen.

3. Go back to the internet computer and go to www.license.net. Open the file that you saved in step 2, and copy and paste the contents of the file to the box on the website, then click "Generate Off-Line License." Copy and paste the license that is generated to a word processor file and save it on your flash drive or CD or whatnot.

4. On the non-internet computer, copy and paste the contents of the file that you just saved and hit done.

I thought this would save some time for people on Monday. Thanks.

Ugh, i need some help. Ordered TEW2K10 awhile ago but have to go through the offline process. I hope someone can help. So, I did what was told thus far and I pasted the stuff in the box only to get a message saying

Error Occured:
Order ID or License Number was not found.
Please check the Order ID or License Number and re-create the request.

I did notice for some reason though when i installed the game on my offline PC that one of the numbers from my order ID was inaccurate with what was in my email receipt and what appeared on my PC. I thought that was the problem, replaced the wrong number with the right one and the same problem occurred. It's so frustrating! Please help me out! Or, if you cant...pleaaaaaaaase tell me who to email or where to go for help on this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a million.
