so im play a regional promotion based in Quebec, Canada a midcard worker has a C- in Quebec and is recomended to be in the lower midcard position when another worker with only a D in British Columbia is recomended at an upper midcard level i have been trying to push the first worker and have gotin him from an F to a C- so idk why my recomendations are telling me to put him at the lower midcard? any advise

Because it's popularity across the country that is taken into account, so all of his Canadian popularity is used when working out pushes. That has been changed as of TEW2010 though. :)

okay another question if im not so popular in an area lets say i have an F is their a good way to get more popular their other then house shows because i cant sign written contracts with anyone and cant afford to have regular shows their

When you reach certain levels of popularity in one area then you get popular in other areas through spillover... but other than that, you're pretty much gonna have to run shows there in order to get over. :)
If you go a while without being seen in an area you will also lose popularity, so make sure to hold one show in any area you want to keep your popularity in every 6 months.

You can also try increasing your exposure via television and PPV's.
