So I have a question. Is chemistry backwards compatible when it comes to the managing feature? Like say I put Worker A Managing Worker B with Great chemistry. Does that mean Worker A has to be the manager while Worker B managing Worker A might be different? I know that sounds dumb, but I am just curious for clarification.

99% sure that in previous version it DIDN'T necessarily work both ways.

I would imagine that managing skills plays a greater role in this equation than merely the chemistry between the two workers. For example, yes they may have great chemistry together, but worker A may be much better at managing then worker B. So when the roles are reversed it effects the chemistry. Hope that made some sense.:)
