View Full Version : Has the change to angles altered the way you book?

In TEW 2008, most of my angles were exactly 6 minutes long because that was the magic number where skills, momentum and the overall show rating could all be hit. Now that there are minor and major angles and now that overall show ratings can be effected by short major angles, I wonder if I should be going about my booking a little differently. Are you experimenting with different rhythms or just sticking with what worked best for you with 2008?

A bit, yeah.

I don't aim for nothing BUT six minute+ angles... and occaisonally throw in some shorter ones.

Though so far, with RAW, I tend to use long angles... simply because if it goes diary (like I plan), it'll save me a world of time!

i am still booking longer segments now because of the pentalty shorter segments get. While i am not doing it to raise show grade now i am doing it to raise segment grade.

Not length wise. I always run angles primarily for skill increases so that hasn't changed. What I have done is stratify my roster. Midcard and below (and non-over/skilled managers) only work Minor angles. Upper midcard and above work major angles (and even the upper mids often have to have a main eventer involved).
