Um, I'm guessing the sticky thread at the top of the forum isn't informative enough? The one titled 'Purchasing via Paypal'.

sorry just noticed that and was about to edit my post, i did a search and when i seen a locked topic i thought it was somebody on the con and that was why it had been locked
