I haven't found a good Ken Kennedy that I really like all that much
The Riggs brothers from OVW need pics in the game. Seems there's a couple other OVW/DSW guys that need pics but I will have to check the websites to remmeber who they are :)

well i make mine wirh Macromedia Fireworks 8 its a great tool, and all i do is move the background as the bottom layer then cut out around the image until all that is left is the image on the background, very simple

how does one make pics?

I use photoshop and find an image I like remove the background and then resize if needed and place on other background.
