Which is a better one to start with?

Product wise Teddy is a much better fit to TCW... I'd say you'll have an easier time pushing him over there :)

Just remember that Sammy Bach hates him, and TCWs backstage area is kinda borderline. That could push it to the point where matches start getting penalties for motivation.

I couldnt answer that. I imagine Bach wouldnt be very happy losing to him though. He'd probably turn into a negative influence quite fast.
