Download-To-Retail Patch Doesn't Work?

Sorry if this has been posted already, I searched but did not find the answer.

I have the demo. I just paid for the full version. But when I download the patch, nothing happens. It still says "Version Pre-Release Trial" at the top, and I have not been prompted to enter my Order ID.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

You need to reboot after installation.

If that doesn't work, you've either installed it to the wrong place or the shortcut you are using is pointing to the wrong place.
