Heel/Face Penalty Question

If I'm running a promotion that has as it's setup a strong focus on heels vs faces, how big a penalty is there if I setup a match between 2 faces or two heels? I'm running out of matchups fast. :o You can help me by going off this example below.

I run a match between a Main Event face with "A" momentum and a Main Event heel with an "A" momentum. This match normally gets a B+ to A score. What if this same match was between two heels or two faces? How big a penalty?

Not sure because I haven't done it, but I don't think it would be a HUGE penalty, as face/face and heel/heel matches do occur in promotions.

I do believe that heel vs heel matches get a much harsher penalty than face vs face matches would.
