RaveX Live 2005 question

Not sure this should be posted here, new to the forums but...

I am making a mod for TEW 2005, It will contain a new fed in it. I would like to use the RaveX Live 2005 world as a base for the mod. Not sure if you need permission for that, if it is allowed, or not. Figured I should ask before I start on the mod.
