I can't open the starter pack. It says that I don't have the program to open it.

Do you have WinRAR?
I used to, but I deleted it because it never worked on my computer.

Is there any way that I can get the starter pack without downloading any new programs?

Not really. You need to be able to unpack it.
Here's a link to 7-zip:

The only way would be if someone posted all 144 files separately somewhere.

I downloaded 7-Zip and it still says that I don't have the program to open it.

Are you talking about the .rar file? or the actual picture files?

Wrestling Century -- Right click on the .rar file, and highlight "7 zip" and then click "Extract to "/Starter Pack PNG/" " or similar. Don't just double click.

Both, I think.

Both, I think.
Wait, I tried extracting the files with 7-zip and it keeps getting around the 80% extracted mark, but then once it hits there, it just stops and shuts down. What's going on?

have you checked inside the folder it extracted to, to see if all 144 images are there?
easiest way to do that is enter the folder and push ctrl and a at the same time. it should tell you how many items are selected.

Never mind. It actually worked, but I saved the folder to my Temporary Internet Files somehow, which is why I couldn't find it before. But it worked, it was confusing though. Thanks for the help everybody!
