Every time I load up a season with Texas they only have 7 conference games. Both Oklahoma and Texas A&M show on their Team Info screens that they play Texas in Week 14. Texas' screen shows that they will play A&M in week 14.

I changed Texas' rival to Oklahoma and Oklahoma's rival to Texas. This is probably causing the problem.

Yes, that is causing the problem as rivalry games are played on Week 14 or 15, and since you have Texas A&M as Texas' rival that game is being scheduled for the 14th week (the default for that game btw) then Texas is Oklahoma's rival so that game is also being scheduled for Week 14.

Basically, you cannot have round-robin rivalries even though irl there are several conferences that have multiple rivals. Just too difficult to program for the first version.
